Property need some upgrading

Location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff were amazing

The place is falling apart unfortunately, needs alot of love but amazing spot

The staff were always polite and cheerful. Good range of options at the buffet breakfast

The hotel overall needs a facelift, notably all wooden rails and the doors to the rooms

Maintenance seriously lacking. Whole facility is very tired.

Did not eat breakfast. The room was comfortable but not well maintained no fridge. I doubt i would stay at the Halyards hotel again. it is cheaper and the rooms are more guess friendly at B&B. There was a group of guess that were noisy both in the late evening and early in the morning. i also got charge more when i checked in than i was originally quote.

the room wasn't bad but not up to standard. the plug by the kettle kept tripping. nothing was done about the noisy guess. i travel a lot around the country and stay in a few different hotels.

The views, breakfast, activities everything was just break taking. Real value for money. WILL BE BACK SHORTLY

The breakfast wasn't that bad, but the station where the food is its not properly clean at all and also your chef. the location is very excellent

The boat we got for the cruise was not of good standard. Our room did not have a bar fridge as we expected but we managed without it Tha fan was very slow even when we put it on high it looked faulty

Food, especially supper could be improved. Bar is not adequately stocked.

The view is amazing. The room is spacious. The breakfast is a very good variety 👌 Staff very friendly.

Dampness in room. TV only has limited channels. Shower very small No hot water. No aircon No Fridge NO WIFI

The rooms were stone cold with no heaters or electric blankets at least. On Saturday there were no towels for bathing/shower purposes. One room there was no bath water stopper. There was no Wifi available in halyards.

River boat cruise 🛳, spacious comfortable beds, the environment around the hotel.

There was no wifi access from the rooms, you have to be at the Bar or restaurant to get it. TV has no channels for kids (Dstv). The water in one of the rooms (room 32) was cold, we had to share a bathroom with our kids (room 33) where there was warm water. Our bathroom light (loo) wasn't working.
