We had a big group and there was plenty of space for us all! Great location with restaurants and shops just a short walk. The house was beautiful and the owner was extremely kind and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!

This is a beautiful location and property. I have NEVER stayed somewhere so wonderfully stocked. The kitchen is perfect and even has spices, coffee filters, cooking oil, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. There are more than enough beach chairs, boogie boards, floats, etc. for a large group. The owner sends clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive both before and during our stay. The only 2 problems we had were that the smart TVs don’t work in most of the bedrooms due to an Internet problem, and because of the same problem, I was unable to keep in touch with my work. The internet, however, is not in the owner’s control. There is also no shade at the pool so it can get very uncomfortable during most daylight hours. I will definitely plan to stay again!

We had a great week at this beach house. We have stayed at many beach houses over the years, and this one was the most well-appointed. The house had all of the necessities needed right when you walked in the door. We typically buy everything in advance (TP, paper towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, kitchen supplies - sponges, dishwashing detergent, etc, etc) bc there is nothing worse than driving 10+ hours to then have to go to the store for immediate provisions. Very well stocked throughout. Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of screens too. Good instructions everywhere. There were also plenty of beach chairs & boogie boards. We bought some in advance too, and "donated" them to the pile. Quiet area. Clean beach. Eateries in your backyard. We never left the area. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very friendly. We would love to go back. Thank you!

We chose July 4 week for family vacation. Pool and elevator fabulous. My 6 yo grand mastered his swimming skills there. Noise/music from Tackle Box Bar on 4 of the 7 nights until 2am made it difficult to sleep if you were in the Bar -facing rooms. Bring ear plugs. Bunk bed mattresses good for kids, not adults. Suggest putting larger trash cans in bedrooms and bathroom. Well equipped and supplied kitchen! Beach chairs were low-sitting, so I used the "chair" one that I brought. No shade on pool deck until Sunset. Used my umbrella :). Ideal location to watch fireworks display from deck (along with the 10,000+ beach goers 9pm. Beach was crowded this holiday, since next to public parking lot. Davis Beachwear Italian Ice was a hit: $5 for a 6 oz. cup best bargain. Overall, expect double prices at restaurants from last year.

Everything that was described for this listing was exactly as advertised. It was a great location in the middle of everything. We have 3 small kids so being right on the beach was perfect. It has a ton of beach chairs and toys so don’t worry about bringing your own. 10/10 would book again.

Our stay was great. Close to the beach and easy access to the beach. Also having a pool is a must for children. The house was wonderful. I would recommend this unit. Property owner is a very nice person. Everything in this home is very formative on what you are to do. Plan on vacationing her again.

We had a fabulous time in this home in Atlantic beach. The location of the house was perfect, close to beach, within walking distance of places to eat and shop. Plenty of activities going on during the week that we didn’t expect but really enjoyed. We would definitely rent this home again. The house was beautiful and so well equipped with everything we could have needed. The elevator really came in handy. Beautiful home, perfect location, worth every penny!!!

The property is beautiful and our stay was great. My grandchildren visited us while we were there and the children had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Everything about the trip was positive except for the construction that was going on for 2 days at the property next door. The construction crew was very loud and it disrupted our family experience on Saturday and Monday. The cost for those 2 days should have been reduced due to the constant disruptions and noise. I wish we could have known about the construction. We would have arranged our days to avoid it. We would definitely return to the property but the next time we will make sure to ask about possible construction that might be happening. Thanks for asking for our feedback. Judith Rudokas

We love NC beaches. This was our best overall place/location so far we’ve stayed at. You can’t be in a better location to be able to walk to places and have the beach right out the door. We never even bothered with the pool since we chose not to pay to heat it and never needed it. Seriously won’t be disappointed staying here

My family and I had a great vacation at this house. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the bars and restaurants. House was very clean with spectacular views from every floor. The pool was bigger than I thought, but still not something you can swim in, just relax and cool off.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property. John, the owner, was quick and helpful with his responses to my questions. Our family ranges in age from 14-75. We all enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. The elevator was so helpful for the grandparents as well as move-in and move out (luggage, coolers, etc). There are plenty of chairs around the pool and lots of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards. The property is located right next to the public beach access, and walkable to some beach shops, bars and restaurants. The Tackle Box bar is located right next door...convenient, but could be loud at night for those sleeping in rooms on that side of the property. However, it did not adversely affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had such an amazing week at Atlantic Beach NC. This house was amazing, beautiful views from all windows, well stocked, and clean. No issues all week other than I think we may have over used the coffee pot, our crowd are big coffee drinkers (sorry). We highly recommend this property and hopefully we can come back next year.

This house was the perfect fit for our family! The elevator for grandparents, the pool for the grandkids, and the large decks to sit and look at the ocean. You can walk to restaurants and ice cream, and the beach is right out the back gate. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was beautifully decorated. The ONLY thing that got tiresome was the Tacklebox Tavern right behind the house… super loud most of the evenings… even on Sunday. Bring a sound machine or earplugs if you are a light sleeper and have a room at the back of the house. Other than that, I would say if was a perfect week!

We were looking for a spot to take a family vacation with our 2 children, their spouses, my parents, and our grandchild. This beautiful house did not disappoint! Upon arrival everything was spotless. The house had everything we needed; a beautiful kitchen ready for our family meals, an elevator for hauling groceries, luggage (and my elderly parents), a location where we could walk to bars, restaurants, beach shops, and ice cream. Grocery stores were no more than a mile or 2 drive. My family also golfed and visited the aquarium, all minutes away. The beach was so much fun and the ocean views were breathtaking.! We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor decks watching all the action on the beach. The owner is wonderful and very attentive. We are already planning our next stay!
