the fridge section of the refrigerator was not working. When we entered the unit, there was water all over going towards the bedrooms. it was sorted out by maintenance that evening. The bedroom cupboards had a very bad smell. We didn't unpack our clothes into it. The biggest problem was the coackroaches throughout the unit. They got worse at night regardless of the lights being on. There were those huge flying ones as well. My wife and daughter were scared to sleep at night.

The view to start with along with the sound of the ocean . the swimming pool was beautifull and permanently clean. the rest of the property in genral was sparkling clean during our stay

other apartments around us did not follow rules accordingly noise and parties were not kept down nor after 22:00 at night washing was hung over balcony glass certain other stayers walked around naked

The place was so clean with an amazing view and they had an amazing pool. its my second time visiting the place and they improved in alot of things like have spices,laundry washing powder, dstv etc

The bed was not so comfortable and the knives were not cutting at all lastly there no wifi

Loved the location and the place. The stay was very nice up until the weekend when other guests arrived and made the weekend unpleasant with their loud music and drinking.

There is no office on the premises to lay complaint of people that is loud and littering

The lacation is user friendly

I don't like the procedure of collecting keys if they can have a reception inside the value it would be easier

Both showers were leaking extremely bad. The water was just flowing and in one bathroom there was no mat. so it was a lot of mopping Previous tenants also wrote about it but nothing was done The cleaning facilities were minimum The entrance to and out of the property was a challenge It was a holiday so we had to ask other tenants to open and close gate for us to enter/exit the gate also scratched our car as it jammed on to the car The tumble dryer made aloud noise that was deafening so could not use These complaints were not new cos previous people that stayed left notes abt same things on the fridge The place was dusty so we had to clean before we stay on Christmas day ALL THE ABOVE TO BE CORRECTED I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO STAY THERE

The view of the beach was beautiful

There was no cleaning services offered and no aircon as well. The tumble drier was making a lot of noise so we couldn't really use it We couldn't use the TV as we did not bring our decoder

The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking. It's central and walking distance from just about everything.

The fact that my stay was so short.
