The apartment is the perfect size for the amount of people allowed. It is very clean and very well taken care of. The owner provides you with everything you could need (including a couple gifts/snacks thrown into the mix!). Overall a 5 star stay.

Our stay with Eileen was awesome! She was very attentive and responsive. The apartment was spacious and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked and some treats were left by Eileen. The location was also awesome! Just a few blocks from downtown and we took advantage of this a few times during our visit. Beach towels, a beach blanket, and beach chairs were also available and used. We will definetly look into staying here again on future visits.

Eileen’s apartment is absolutely lovely. It is so well equipped, everything at your fingertips, and extremely comfortable to sit back and relax. It’s also on a beautiful street and such easy walking distance to the village. There are also multiple work set ups which was great for our use. We stay out east multiple weekends a year and have chosen to stay here multiple times !

This was our second stay at this lovely home in Greenport, and we loved it even more the second time. The home is well appointed and comfortable, and the location is perfect for both quiet and easy exploration of town and the nearby beaches. We highly recommend staying here (we certainly hope to again!)

We had a terrific stay this past weekend. The location of the house is great, on a beautiful block that is a short walk to shops and restaurants and water. The apartment was spacious and spotless, had everything we needed. Loved it. Felt light and bright and it was just a perfect lil getaway. We do enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch, so peaceful. Thank you Eileen! You are a wonderful host and the pride you take in your home shows! Can’t wait to stay again.

This spacious second floor rental was a perfect location for walking to downtown and a central starting point for exploring the North Fork.
Having been our first visit to the North Fork, we felt lucky that we picked Greenport and the accommodations we chose. I was the liveliest of the area villages (making it a good home base) and we had the best, most attentive hosts we could hope for.
The space was fresh and clean; the hosts provided special touches (wine, snacks, a folder that included information on all things to do in the area, kind notices, etc.), offered to supply whatever else we might need and to quickly take care of any incidents that may occur.
We would definitely request to re-book the same address on future visits.

This charming apartment on a lovely quiet street had it all! Well appointed kitchen/pantry, bathroom and bedrooms. Beautifully decorated and super clean. Loved the outdoor shower and front porch with rocking chairs. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and harbor in downtown Greenport. Close to ferry, wineries and beaches. Thank you to our host for the bottle of wine upon our arrival and for being so accommodating when we had to reschedule our trip from July to August. 5 stars all around!

This property was everything we were looking for. Perfect fit with the North Fork of Long Island vacation experience. Clean, unique and the location was so convenient. Hosts were helpful and obviously concerned for us to have an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

I can not begin to explain how amazing this rental is! First of all it’s huge! I loved the layout! The host is very responsive. You can walk to downtown Greenport to visit restaurant and shops. Easy parking that was adjacent to the rental. I will most certainly seek this property out again! It was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults. Truly a gem in Greenport!

Property is on a nice quiet street, about ten minutes walking distance to town on sidewalks. Town abuts a bay with marinas and seafood themed restaurants. Property is upstairs, which could be a problem for those with walking issues. Condo is very very clean and furnished with comfortable furniture and antiques. One bathroom situated a rear of property is modern but a bit y handy from the front master bedroom. Kitchen well equipped and thank you to our hostess, for a nice chilled bottle of white wine!

Words cannot even begin to describe what an amazing experience I had staying in Eileen's property in Greenport. Eileen was such incredible host and super accommodating, making me feel so comfortable during my stay in Greenport.
The apartment was so clean and welcoming, and I was generously provided with everything I might need during my stay (coffee, extra towels, toiletries, etc.). With just a few steps away from downtown Greenport, I was able to explore the area and enjoy my vacation time (especially with a little porch area in the front to enjoy!).
From the little touches throughout the apartment to the cutest neighborhood and block, I would 100% recommend this space and Eileen as a host. Will definitely be back to stay again!

While in town for a wedding at a local winery we booked this lovely B and B which was everything the listing promised and more! Steps from a picturesque marina and only a short walk to the Main St. of Greenport, this beautiful and perfectly appointed, spotless rental reflected the historic past of the area with all modern updates. Just charming.... and communication with Eileen easy and gracious! Thank you, Eileen, we had a wonderful time.

Eileen was such a great host! She was great with communicating with me on the app messenger and was always quick to respond. The property was in very good shape and incredibly clean. She was also nice enough to leave us a few welcome gifts and checked in with us once or twice during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The location of the house is also very close to town, about a 4 minute walk to American Beech on the main road. I would absolutely stay here again!

Eileen is an excellent host. Wonderful communication and very helpful. We had a long drive to Greenport and were very appreciative of the wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Large, spacious 2 bedroom, very clean, stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds, and very quaint. Location is excellent...walking distance to everything. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay at Eileen's home and highly recommend!

Thank you for a wonderful VRBO experience! The apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay The beds were super comfortable, there were lots of outlets with USB charging, plenty of towels, filtered water, lots of coffee options and even wine and coffee creamer in the fridge! The location couldn’t have been more perfect and the town of Greenport is just charming. There were lots of available chores and plenty of interior space. The apartment was actually so large I felt like I was in a fancy suite at a hotel. Thanks again and I hope to return with my husband one day soon.

Great space with anything you could need!
From the moment we arrived, we felt attended to. We were greeted by a local snack and a chilled bottle of wine from our favorite vineyard. The space was huge, with plenty of room for another couple. Every amenity was available on-site. The restaurants and boutiques are walking distance and the beautiful beaches of Shelter Island are an easy ferry ride away. Overall, a perfect stay, and we look forward to coming back and bringing our friends. Thanks, Eileen!

Phenomenal Stay
This rental property was the very best experience I had with VRBO. Eileen has a beautifully restored home with every comfort in mind for a great stay. The house was immaculate and every kitchen gadget imaginable. She knew it was my birthday and I had a cold bottle of local wine and Northfolk chips waiting for me and my friend. Eileen shares a book of “favorite” with restaurants, wineries and things to do She was spot on her recommendations for this foodie. Truly a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back if she’ll have me 😄
