My husband and I have spent 4-5 weeks at Jax Beach for the past 10 or so years to visit with Family in the area. For the first several years we always rented a unit just down the road from this year’s stay. After the unit was sold, we needed to find something else in the general vicinity because it is so convenient. 1st and 2nd rentals were good, but both of them else eventually sold so we couldn’t . 3rd rental was a dud ! This year’s choice was spot on for what we were looking for. Bright, clean, roomy, a very short walk to the beach. Everything lived up to expectation. We had one friendly encounter with the host. Will definitely consider returning ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful townhouse located perfectly in south Jax beach

We weren’t at the townhouse long. We came for a wedding, not the beach. However, we did take a stroll up the beach and enjoyed how close the property was to the beach. Would be fun to come back for a real vacay. Only downside…taking luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs…may be hard for some to navigate. Overall, excellent.

It is a great place. Perfect location. 20 minute beach walk from the pier. Can actually see the sunrise over the water from the upstairs guest bedroom. Only comment would be the kitchen needs to be better equipped. Very mismatch of glasses and serving ware. It would not take much to better fill the kitchen. Seems randomly done. That said we loved the weekend there and will definitely be back.

We rented this location to be close to the wedding venue where our son got married. Upon arrival discovered the parking area was small for larger vehicles, bur we managed to make it work. The front door was a little tricky to open, left and push. The lay out is a little strange. As soon as you walk in you are greeted we a steep set of stairs which lead up to the living room/kitchen. Very clean. Another set of stairs lead up to 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Again very clean. Beds were ok. One of the sinks in that bathroom was slow to drain, but manageable. We were confused because we didn't know where the 3rd bedroom was. Walked back down to the front door and went into the side garage door. Saw the washer/dryer and another door. That door in the back of the garage was the 3rd bedroom..strange place for a bedroom. You can't enter that bedroom from the main living area you have to go through the garage. Although very nice, just a strange layout. The rental is on a rather busy street causes a little difficulty backing out of the driveway. The parking is tight and if you have more than 2 vehicles parking that could lead to problems. Overall a nice place.

This property is in a perfect location and proximity to the beach! Easy walk especially with children! Clean, spacious and comfortable! Has everything you need for relaxing! Would highly recommend to stay! Worth the price and location!

Location, location, location. One block off the ocean, this property has an ocean view from the master bedroom. It is convenient to all amenities in the Jax Beach area. The property is well equipped for a short or long stay. I can’t say enough about Jack, he was responsive, friendly and made sure we had whatever was needed. Thank You!

Great location and living area. Well stocked kitchen and bar area. We enjoyed our stay. Third bedroom is behind the garage and is not accessible from the living area. It is quiet and close to the beach

Everything was great

We had an awesome stay at this townhome for our Jax vacation. You really cannot beat the location as you’re close to everything from a quick walk to be beachside or a short drive to whatever restaurants or activities you want to go to. The townhome was a perfect set up for two couples and one child, having two Master suites on different floors and an adjoining queen size room off the upstairs master. The decor is homey and builder grade, and extra amenities are a perk. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the locals jog by, or a late night glass of wine with my friend chatting about the day sitting on the balcony was our favorite way of starting and ending each day. It was agreed by everyone in my party, we would absolutely book this rental again!

Very nicely remodeled. Great kitchen, huge comfy sofa in living room, and comfortable bed. Loved having the beach bikes! Fortunately we are both in good shape or stairs could have been a lot. Great place though!

Loved this place! Not even a block from the beach but yet is located on a quiet residential street. Place was very clean, furnished beautifully (I even got some ideas for my own home), and not lacking any amenities. Unfortunately we only stayed for a couple days as we were there for our annual physicals at the Mayo. We plan on returning soon to really enjoy what this place and the area has to offer.

I would so rent this property again, IF coffee was provided.

1st time we stayed in Jax Beach/Jacksonville Fla. The wife/I stayed in the 1st flr suite (security purposes), fully equipped house, but most of all...FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, family room, half bth on 2nd flr, a king and queen bed rms, along with a jack/jill bathroom on the 3rd floor - my oldest daughter stayed in the bed rm on the back side of the property on the 3rd flr, I walked in about 2 days after our arrival to tell her something and was floored - SHE HAD A BEACH VIEW OVER THE HEAD OF HER BED!!! We all enjoyed our 7 day stay to the utmost fullest! When we return to Jax Beach, We would definitely love to stay here again- Kudos to Mr Jack, keep up the good work!!!

The house was very clean, and the location is steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

I was wondering what the layout was like before coming, so here it is: the second floor has two bedrooms (one King & one Queen) along with a large Jack and Jill type bathroom. The second King bedroom is actually in the lower level and can only be accessed through the garage, which we found a little strange. Note that there isn't a dining table, we typically set up the kids in the small table in the corner of living room that accommodates 2 and then we had 4 stools around the kitchen island. The kitchen was super comfortable to work in and pretty much all the utensils needed. We spent most of our days at the beach, we did one day at Adventure Landing (pools!) and we enjoyed the BBQ spot a few blocks away. There were a few surprises while we were there which I will note here so you come prepared: - There were only two beach bikes when we were there- The boogie boards were broken That said, it was a great location and great family beach time.

The place is in a great location and was decorated very nicely. Very clean and an enjoyable place.

We were very happy with the accuracy of the listing. Very clean, great location and owners were very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.
