Die Anlage ist ein Juwel! Eine kleine grüne Oase in fantastischer Kulisse! Ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand von Kolymbia. Mit kostenlosen Leihfahrrädern kann man zum Strand fahren. Leonidas und seine Familie sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und selbstgebackenes Gebäck. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch eine Woche länger geblieben!

Very friendly host and very peaceful. Plenty of space around the pool and plenty of sunbeds. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned regularly.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The welcome we received from Leonidas at Casa di Lusso was very personal. We stayed at No. 7 which had a very stylish interior with a boutique hotel atmosphere. All the rooms are uniquely decorated. Leonidas couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We suggested that bedside lamps would be good and he bought some the same day. We were blown away by the gardens, pool and different seating areas. His mother gave us her home-made marmalade and his father was very friendly. we enjoyed 4 blissful days and would love to return.

We can't speak highly enough of this absolutely stunning place. A true gem in a lovely quiet peaceful part of Kolimbia. You can easily walk into the local resort/village, where there are several great bars/restaurants to chose from and there are bus stops very close by to access Rhodes Town, Lindos etc. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - clean, spacious, comfortable and with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The pool and garden area are beautiful designed, with incredible views across the mountains! A true haven of relaxation and so well needed for us both. Our hosts were amazing and so warm and friendly. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. We will certainly return again in the future.

Exceptional stay, I established contact with the owner Leonidas from day one and he was very helpful in providing all information up to our time of arrival. The property itself is awesome, an independent unit within a compound containing other units, all for vacation rental and the family themselves reside alongside. The unit is modern, self-contained, very spacious and has all the amenities one could ask for and property has an outside common patio (the photos of the property are accurate and correspond to the description). We were so well looked after by the family (Leonidas and his mom and dad), from daily provision of fruits and vegetables from their garden, cookies and bakes, on site laundry service, provision of all information and assistance at almost any time, it was more than anyone could ask for and basically we felt like were at home with our families! Wi-fi is good and reliable. The location is good and quiet, though away from the main road and car rental is recommended (Leonidas can provide info on rental agencies known to him where rates are reasonable and they don't ask for a deposit) as it can be a bit of a walk anywhere (especially during hot summers) except to the Kolymbia beach which is 500m away. All amenities are close by and everything is available within a reasonable distance. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely return to stay at LA Casa Di Lussο N7 in the future.

Nothing that we can think of!

The place is great. The owner is nice and can recommend you some local restaurants. It is 4 min by car from Tsambika monastery. We stayed just one night to visit the monastery on our way to the Butterflies Valley. The place is clean with a beautiful patio for a drink in the evening. There is also a kitchen with all that you could need for your stay. We recommend:) PS: the photos show exactly the place.
