El check in es eterno!!! Te retienen en la tarjeta 100€ por si acaso,cosa que no entiendo, reservo una suite y que creen que me voy a llevar las toallas?? Es la primera vez en mi vida que me retienen dinero en un hotel. A las 7 de la mañana me despertaron en la ventana de la habitación los cantos y la música de las clases de yoga que duraron unas dos horas. Pedimos room service para cenar y te cobran un delivery como si fuera una empresa de reparto de comida, pero si estábamos en la planta baja!!!!! Y por el mismo importe que la comida, además!!

We upgraded on arrival to Oceanfront suite 218-A, this is the farthest front right above the Italian restaurant deck and overlooking the beach lounger area. The sunrise every morning, doors opened on the living room and bedroom side for a great breeze. Highly recommend, the room was secluded and quiet for the best sleep ever in an extremely cushy bed and pillows with high quality sheets and down comforter. I honestly had lower expectations going into this and was blown away, the room choice helped. I did not do all inclusive as the area has tons of local VERY good restaurants all walkable. The staff was always helpful, even while overwhelmed on Christmas day breakfast with a packed restaurants on rooftop and downstairs they all were professional, polite, accommodating and very friendly. Im typically anti-all inclusives due to employees not seeming to be well treated, and sub-par food, this was not that at all. No surprise upcharges or hidden fees either. We are excited to have this as our family tradition as we meet up with relatives who own condos a couple buildings over.

Beach front menu is a little limited for options/sandwiches, but what is there is very good. Worst case, there are small beach clubs within a 5 minute walk or less to the right.

Beautiful and clean rooms, Comfortable beds, Great beach (it’s also kept clean from possible seaweed), Great massages and spa experience.

The AC was difficult to figure out and you cannot move where it hits which is right on the bed. So if you have it on, you’ll have “wind” on you all night. Staff at front desk were kind but felt overwhelmed most times. Getting hold of them by phone can be difficult. Breakfast and restaurant food & cocktails are not worth it at all but there nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast food and coffee were always cold upon arrival.

Great location right on the beach, beautiful views from our room, quiet, relaxing and friendly and helpful staff.

Would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. We stayed 12 nights and the menu got very repetitive

Todo es excelente. El hotel no muy grande no muy pequeño, atención personalizada, habitaciones superiores, comida deliciosa. Excelente ambiente y ubicación.

- Hôtel récent, neuf avec un style très moderne ! - La chambre est très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Les matériaux sont de belle qualité. - La chambre dispose d’une kitchenette mais sans aucun ustensiles. L’amabilité du personnel

- La plage est juste horrible, avec une couleur marron qui ne donne pas envie d’y rentrer. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos retouchées… - Au niveau du hall d’entrée (et sur notre balcon) il y a constamment une odeur d’œufs pourris qui embaume très certainement en provenance de la plage… - Les prix des restaurants de l’hôtel sont excessivement élevés par rapport aux restaurants de l’extérieur à moins de 5 minutes.

Outstanding value for money and quality! The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful assistance. The cuisine is tasty and also offers a variety of options. It's an ideal destination to unwind for a couple of nights. If you prefer a tranquil atmosphere by the pool without the hustle of crowds of tourists, especially with an all-inclusive package, you might consider extending your stay. The beach is well-maintained, though the sea does have seaweed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and had a relaxing experience before heading back home. Thank you for providing such a pleasant retreat!

Please provide a space or opportunity to dry a swimsuit. Swimsuits and towels hung on all balconies and furniture on the balconies look a little curious.

everything was great, the balcony facing the main road was a little noisy (we were above the entrance) and with no breeze so very very hot.

The overall feeling of the location and service. The food and drinks are also excellent. Spa is great.
