I can't speak highly enough of this hotel, I absolutely loved it. The owners are proud of the work and renovations they have done to the building as it was extremely dilapidated (can see pics when checking in or on their website) and I don't blame them as its beautiful. It's a small hotel but the service is exceptional and even though English is not their first or second language, we had no issues communicating checking in or out. We stayed in room 302 as it is one of two rooms with a balcony and it was perfect. The bathroom was a good size and shape with a rain shower and complimentary shower gel, body lotion and soap (most hotels don't provide these anymore!). The bedroom was large with a sofa, storage for suitcases / clothes, TV, desk, fridge (which has got drinks in it but you have to pay for these separately), really comfortable bed and air-conditioning - the bonus was Netflix (although we didn't use it). The balcony was large with two seats, table and lounger for sunbathing. The breakfast room is separate to the restaurant and is a self-serve continental breakfast which is perfect to fill you up before going on one of the beautiful hikes surrounding the hotel (one literally starts at the hotel). There is also a restaurant which was such good value for money and some of the best food and wine I have tried. People who have been on hikes also stop at this restaurant for drinks and food afterwards. From what I can tell, one of the servers speaks really good English however the rest did struggle so we did a lot of pointing, smiling and got by absolutely fine. The area itself is beautiful and at night, the few street lights they have are turned off (we got a pic of the milky way!). Not linked to the hotel but there are also regular buses (bus stops directly in front of hotel) if you want to go a bit further out for a hike without taking your car.

Very nice hotel, completely refurbished from inside as well outside but still keeping the old spirit 😀 excellent location in the middle of the NP, walking distance to many highlights. Private parking for the guests, comfy and nice big rooms with details which you really appreciate, delicious breakfast, restaurant with very good choice of the meals.. as it is not big, you feel like with family here 😀

Nothing specific, it is more general complain in many places, I would expect that staff/people working in the national park area would know more about the highlights/places around.. maybe just a suggestion for the future 😉

Great staff - Veronika was super nice to accommodate our late arrival and she gave us tips on the best hikes to do in the area. Big room and tasty breakfast. Loved the location near the hiking places and great food at the restaurant

Such a beautiful lodge-feel hotel in the hills. The location was great for some really unique hiking and to just get away. The staff were absolutely amazing! Our family room was perfect and very pleased with the amenities and the air conditioner. The breakfast was great and the hotel restaurant had the one of the best pastas I've ever had!

Bed was a little too firm and pillows were slightly uncomfortable but for just 2 nights it was fine.

Super clean & tidy. Breakfast was very delicious, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in the heart of the bohemian switzerland.

Beautifully renovated small hotel. Dinner downstairs was delicious and great value. Breakfast was also a yummy treat. Staff are fantastic, we really enjoyed staying here.

Great location next to the wonderful hiking trails. Very quiet rural area. Room was very clean and comfortable with all essential facilities. The dinner in restaurant was delicious and worth it’s price.

Loved the cosy atmosphere, quality of materials used throughout and overall cleanliness. It still looks, feels and smells brand new. Rooms are spacious, airy and have all you need for a good night stay. Close to some of the best hikes in the area. The food (try the deer!) at the restaurant was lovely too - served with a smile and wine was fairly priced. Just what you need after a long day outside in this wonderful national park. The little town Jetroviece (?) is nearby and we thoroughly recommend the three / four viewpoint hike from there. Absolute highlight!

The owner/staff in the hotel is extremly friendly and welcoming. It is a smaller and well equipped hotel on the edge of the forest in a very calm area. Breakfast and food at the hotel is super. There are many great hiking routes nearby.

The staff is super friendly and absolutely amazing. They have given us so many recommendations, have helped us with directions (planning our hikes) and everything we needed. They have also gone above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and spotless every day when we returned from our adventures. They always checked in on us to ensure all is well. The breakfast had a great selection and something for everyone and the location is in the heart of the park! You can just walk / hike to many great viewpoints! Absolutely fantastic hotel for a great value, I would highly recommend!

The property is located in a quiet area not far from all the main attractions. The staff made us feel welcomed. The food was exceptional and was reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?

Very nice hotel, old renovated building in the middle of the woods. Restaurant was also good. Both the restaurant and the breakfast area was nice. Rooms are new and really spacious. The best thing was the location.

wonderful location if you are there by car, huge balcony, nice locations around. Very comfy and homey.
