The cabin had a great design. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the Gatlinburg attractions. However, the cabin was dirty. All of the blinds, the ceiling fans, the bedpost and other parts of the cabin were dusty and some parts had cobwebs. The shower curtain liner had mold on it. The TV in the theater room didn’t work. I called management and reported the matter. Someone came to check out the problems. A few hours later someone else came to clean the cabin. The work was too much so he called the manager to let her know that the work was too much for one person to complete while guests were in the cabin. I was promised a refund on the cleaning fee. They didn’t address the issue with the theater room. I have read previous reviews about the cabin being dirty. I booked this cabin anyway thinking that previous reviews would prompt the manager or owner to ensure that the cabin is clean. I guess I assumed wrong. I will not stay at this cabin again.

Our older Girl Scout troop enjoyed their stay. The cabin is well kept with plenty of space for a large group. The hosts were super responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent 2 days with our family and had a pleasant stay with peaceful ambience. The property is located with trees surrounded with easy access to pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

Everything was great! The cabin is as pictured. Nice and clean in a perfectly quiet area. Great, spacious cabin for a latge group. Will stay again upon return.

Stayed here for a birthday celebration for my daughter’s 16th. Lots of room for everybody, very clean, comfy, and a great location! Would definitely stay here again!

We had two families staying for a volleyball tournament at the Rocky Top Rec Center. Location was great for it and the close proximity to Gatlinburg. Management was available and responsive to any questions/needs. Definitely recommend!

We brought a group to Gatlinburg for the TCTC - Tennessee Christian Teen Convention. The cabin was great, i wished we could've stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities.
PARKING - We had three vehicles and would have been fine with parking, however, the people staying at the unit below us were parked in front of our unit most of the weekend. Just a suggestion for the HOA owners, it would be helpful if the spaces were marked at a slant to allow people to park in a more organized manner.
The parking situation would never prevent us from returning and staying in this unit.

We as a family get together for Christmas every year and have enjoyed staying in the Smokey’s for the last couple of years. I like how close this cabin is to Gatlinburg and the little shops on the way to downtown Gatlinburg.

We stayed at this cabin with extended family. There were 10 of us, 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the game room area and the bunk bed room.

We spent the weekend for my sister’s bachelorette party. Tons of room! Beds were very comfortable. Downstairs was a huge hit with the pool table and hot tub. Communication from the owners was fantastic! I had a lot of questions due to this being the first time planning a bachelorette getaway and they always responded friendly and quickly. Will definitely book again in the future. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!!

The cabin was awesome it was clean and very spacious . The only suggestion I have is that you have a broom and dust pan and to have better pots/pans/skillet.

only two minor cleaning issue we came across was the dishes were not cleaned properly. Also, the hot tub had an extremely foul smell.

My family of 5, my sister family of 7, and my elderly parents stayed here. The place met our needs. Communication was great with the owner. We had a good time. There were a few items we brought to the owners attention. The dishwasher didn’t work that well. Some blinds missing in one of the windows. The bar stool in front of the arcade was wobbly. None of that were deal breakers. It was a great location to the Smoky mountains and to pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

DayDreamer Cabin
There were 10 children and 6 adults who rented the cabin. We had plenty of room for everyone and the location was great to Dollywood and our drive to the Great Smokey Mountains. Would recommend this to anyone with a big family get together. Would stay again if we are to plan another trip with so many people.

Excellent for large groups!
We had 16 people staying in this cabin (8 adults and 8 children) and had plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The kids loved the double bunk beds in the upstairs room, and the fold out couches were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of the adults to visit in the living room, and the entertainment/game area downstairs was a hit with everyone as well. The only warning I would give to others who are looking to stay here: if you are looking for a cabin with a view of the mountains, or with yard area for outdoor activities, this is NOT the cabin for you! But the location (very close to downtown Gatlinburg) and ease of access (right off of main roads) make up for it.

The property was great and we really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Beyond that, the property managers were extremely responsive to emails/phone calls leading up to the trip and even after we'd arrived. It was a great weekend and we hope to come back soon!

Toilet running , no light bulbs ( bulbs delivered n left at the door), cables n cords hanging from the fireplace, basement TV not working properly, stove had crusty residue which we scrubbed n oven smoky because of residue. Ceiling fans very dusty. The living n dining space is not as big as it looks in the pictures. The location was the best part. Sorry for late review!! Hopefully all of this is fixed for the next guests

Rented this property for two families with kids to enjoy. Easy to get to/from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin had comfortable beds in large bedrooms! The bunk bed room was a huge hit with our kids. Owner was incredibly responsive to our concerns/questions and had many food/activity recommendations in a binder in the home. Kitchen had plenty of dishes/utensils/tools with which to cook. Decks were spacious and quiet. Great house.
