The hotel was excellent. The rooms are a very good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was was big, very clean and bright. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property! Very clean, great staff, and amazing breakfast! Loved all of the amenities in the room as well.

Long, grey corridors felt like prison corridors.

Super comfy rooms, nice bar area , great location beside train station for getting into Belfast city centre

The breakfast was not as tasty as the first time we visited in 2022, there was tea in the coffee service, nit picking here but it's a great hotel and will stay here again next time we are in Belfast!

The rooms were small but the bed was so large and comfy

Staff were brilliant. The downstairs bar, restaurant area and the food were lovely. It was close to the venue we were meeting family and friends.

Our bedroom was situated over the singer was singing so it was a bit tricky to get to sleep after a couple of busy days. But it was Saturday night and everyone one was enjoying themselves so fair enough….

This is a lovely hotel and what stood out is the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with everything you need. The hotel food is very good but if you fancy a change there are other nice places in walking distance. Parking is under the hotel and parking of Lisburn Square parking but the parking charges are reasonable. Will go back next time I'm in NI on business

Great location, our second visit to the hotel. Lovely staff. Great hub to travel into Belfast and surrounding areas.

Disappointed with our meal at the restaurant. Poor quality and portion size. We had absolutely loved the food on our first trip and so badly let down on this occasion. Chose not to dine in restaurant following evening. Noisy guests in hotel not delt with swiftly enough, so very disturbed nights sleep and only brief apology from reception despite them being aware of the disturbances from night staff and receiving complaints from other guests. Poor response given we were returning visitors and planned to stay again prior to this incident.
