The home location is perfect. All the amenities we could need and more. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake is priceless.

The house was clean and had all needed amenities for a great get away. Also, the views are better than pictured in listing do not miss the sunrise over lake george.

We had a wonderful stay! Great communication with owner before and during stay. The home is clean and beautiful. The one small bedroom attached to master is perfect for a baby, we just left that door open for some AC. Loved the deck, basketball hoop, hot tub and screened in porch! The views are seriously amazing. Thankful for all the recommendations from the owners. Bolton landing was about 10 minutes away. Very small but awesome little town we loved veterans park beach. 15ish minutes to Lake George village. Would stay again.

Can't recommend this property enough. The pictures undersell it. Plenty of room for all guests to sleep comfortably and ample living space. Hot tub and screened in porch overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake are a great touch. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

This property was perfect for mid-Winter getaway! There was more than enough room for the 6 of us. Everyone especially loved the hot tub and view from the deck, priceless!

The property was perfect for my family. Located in a very quiet area, we had an extraordinary view of Lake George. The house had a wonderful back deck that had a clean hot tub, fire pit, large Weber gas grill, and a screened in dinning area. We enjoyed this area everyday of our vacation. The inside of the house was beautiful and functional. Large windows allow for beautiful views of Lake George. The kitchen, dining area, and family room all flowed together for easy movement through the house. Rob, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us hiking tips and restaurant recommendations. I definitely recommend renting this house. We had a wonderful vacation!

this house is exceptional. Just the right size for the family to feel cozy yet everyone can have their own space. My husband worked from the light filled den with a perfect wifi connection. The kids enjoyed every inch of the snowy yard and we all soaked in the breathtaking views of Lake George all day long! This property is extra private - located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Hot tub on the deck was the icing on the cake! Andrea and Rob were beyond helpful, providing short videos to operate TVs, hot tub, etc. They also gave us local recommendations for food and activities which came in very handy. The house was fully stocked with all linens, detergent, soaps, paper goods etc. which allowed us to feel "at home." The fireplace heated up the room instantly. We literally walked around all week saying "I love this house!" We will definitely be back!!

Our visit was amazing. We had a great time staying at the property. The property was equipped with all the necessities and much more. All of us were in love with the view. The enclosed patio dining area came in really handy when we BBQed. The hot tub was really easy to use and ready for us anytime we needed it. 2 adults and 2 children were working and attending school online and the wifi worked great. The kitchen is beautiful and the indoor dining area is very comfortable. It was really helpful to have a tv in the living area and the family room so we could put on a movie for the kids while we enjoyed our TV. There was cable and Netflix on the tvs and kids could watch the shows they watch at home. Plenty of space for a group of 8. We could have easily fit 4 more of we needed to. Thank you Rob for always being available when we needed anything.

My friend and I stayed here with our four kids. It was a great place for us to get away from the city for a few weeks. The house is very comfortable, with a spectacular view of Lake George. There is plenty to do at the house. The kids especially loved the basketball hoop and hot tub; we all loved the back deck and screened-in sun room. We also loved the location, at the end of a road with plenty of privacy but also a quick drive to restaurants, beaches, hiking trails and many other activities. The owners were easy-going and very responsive, a real pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in visiting this beautiful area.

Rob and Andrea are exceptional property managers. I was in communication with Rob over text from the time we booked, through our entire stay. He texted videos which showed how to use all the televisions, the hot tub, etc. in addition to also providing a welcome packet with information. The house itself is wonderful - clean, comfortable, with plenty on site to keep you busy (hot tub, basketball court, 2 fire pits, screened-in porch, grill, stunning views, etc). It is also very well located at the end of a gorgeous road which offers a lot of privacy. Both Lake George Village and Bolton Landing, the two main areas containing restaurants, shops, beaches, etc are within 15-20 minute drives. All in all this was a great experience and we would definitely rent this property again.
