Great location! Bed and TV are great.

Breakfast wasn't as good, toilet wouldn't flush. There was poop in the toilet when we arrived. The floors in the hallway are sticky.

Spacious rooms. All necessities you could need. Friendly kind staff. Rooms very clean

The room was beautiful with a lot of storage.

Breakfast was not good. The food sitting in the heater was awful. The orange juice taste horrible as if it was watered down. Selection was not that great for the price.

Unmentioned charges of $50 per night for “incidental fees”. we decided to extend our stay an extra night, when we gave them our card to pay the fee for an extra night they charged us the entire hotel stay amount, we had already payed this through booking.com. they say it’ll resolve itself when we check out. it’s been almost 5 days now and we’ve been charged not once, not twice, but THREE times for one hotel room for ONE night. I’ve left voicemails for the manager, I’ve messaged through booking.com, my husband went to the property and they argued with him questioning if we had even stayed there and said they don’t show any of the charges on their end. they told him they would call me to fix it since it was in my name. nothing.

the room was awesome, staff was great

tv sucked..... pool was closed almost all day on saturday ( that was why we went there) didnt open untill late after noon..

rooms were very large, comfortable beds

sink backed up and wouldn’t drain and neither would the bath tub. brought the kids to swim and because others broke the rules the kids were not able to swim. asked for manager to call us and no one called.

The property was conveniently located and room was spacious.

The property has a pool but the temperature was frigid and unusable. The rail to use while walking into the pool felt unsecured as I could move it quite a distance left to right. Also, a majority of the staff were not friendly, often making me feel like it was a burden to ask anything.
