First night the air conditioner didn't work.
The second day we had no maid service. She never reported to work. We went to the office and were able to get some new towels for the second day's stay.
There was also no drape on the window of room 204 to darken the room. Other rooms in the motel have one.

The location.
The swimming pool was cool. Which is the main reason I choose to stay there.
Also I paid with my debit card and they charged me a 200 deposit. Its been 6 days and they still haven't released my cash back.

friendly and clean
pool was closed and no one let us know prior to our visit. still charged us full price. breakfast ended at 9:00 which we missed because that is too early for us travelers.

I will never stay at this hotel again, we were there for about a week and we requested room service twice and it did not get done. Also, the breakfast is extremely lame and usually there was no food. The juice machine has never worked the entire time of our stay.

Checked in late, the counter staff not really seems to want to be there. More interested in watching television than helping customers. Breakfast was terrible. No where to sit, Staff left all of the tables filthy, garbage cans overflowing while the staff sits outside smoking cigarettes.

Everything could have been better. The so called scrambled eggs were so bad I had to spit it out. And I wasn't the only one. Our group of fourteen was all in agreement that this was the worst breakfast in a hotel setting we have ever had.
