Poor service, very run down rooms and terrible bathroom. Food was very average. Paid for superior ocean view but room we got was more like ocean glimpse.

Indiscutibilmente la posizione. La migliore di tutta Zante. La nostra camera (vista mare) molto spaziosa e comoda. Vasca idromassaggio (un po’ datata ma funzionante), doccia e letti molto grandi (cuscini però da rivedere. Alcuni durissimi, altri di pochi cm quindi praticamente nulli). Mangiare non male (ovviamente molta cipolla e aglio) e carne alla griglia fantastica.

Allora…..purtroppo di punti a sfavore ne ho alcuni. Innanzitutto l’accoglienza. Viaggio da molti anni e non mi è MAI capitato di non avere nessuno che t porta il bagaglio in camera (premetto che nn sono una principessa e mi adatto a tutto, ma viaggiavo sola con due bambini, una valigia da 20kg e 3 bagagli a mano). Bagagli che mi sono dovuta portare al primo piano (io che amo i piani alti ho ringraziato di essere solo al primo). All’arrivo nessuna informazione riguardo a orari pasti, servizi o struttura in generale. Chiave cassaforte su richiesta, asciugamani mare da chiedere (anche qui da chiedere, nessuno che t spiega che sono disponibili con cauzione e a pagamento di 3€ per la lavanderia). Asciugamano che potresti usare in piscina perché nn è indicato da nessuna parte che la struttura nn ha la possibilità di lettini sulla spiaggia. Gli ombrelloni in paglia che si vedono dalle foto sono di uno stabilimento adiacente che a 15€ t offre le prime 3 file e 10€ dalla quarta in poi. Distributore dell’acqua mal funzionante. Si creavano file interminabili perché l’acqua scendeva a gocce. L’odore della cucina aleggia praticamente tutto il gg nel villaggio così come in alcuni punti si sentiva un odore acre di immondizia misto ad acqua stagnante. Il late check out è di per se disponibile come indicato, salvo disponibilità della camera e comunque a pagamento (a me serviva fino le 17 ma potevano darmi solo fino le 14 e comunque a 30€ di supplemento). C’è comunque a disposizione una guest room di cortesia sotto dove c’è la Spa (anche qui l’odore che alleggia è’ terribile) che t permette di lavarti e sistemarti previa partenza. Di per se la struttura è carina, ci vorrebbero alcuni accorgimenti.

Die Lage ist wirklich super direkt neben dem Strand und ansonsten ist alles sauber und gepflegt.

Das Essen war leider nicht besonders und die Getränke gab es Ganztägig nur in Plastikbecher (auch beim Abendessen).

Dear booking, We checked out on July 19th before 11am. The bathroom in the room smelled like sewer. My wife slipped taking a shower since there was no anti slip protection on the floor and had to resume her shower with her flip flops on. There was no bellboy to help with our luggage. We booked ocean view but we had to request a new room with elevator because my wife has hip issues and the ocean view room was up three flights of stairs (not with elevator). We took any room available. All lounge chairs were taken from 7:30am from what we noticed from our Balcony. We needed to cool off and the cool room was not cool because we were told the door would not close. There were also many flies on the meat in the buffet area. It is unfortunate that we have to pay for the extra 2 days. Very good location, close to the sea. Food was very good. Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed.

Loud noises in the morning.

Lovely beach

Bathroom very old and falling apart, hairdryer and aircon didn't work. Hotel was very noisy (music from the bar and also other nearby hotels & bars) until midnight. Our room smelt of fried food. Fruit juices undrinkable.

Good food, a great view, and access to the beach. :)

We got a king-size bed but with 2 pieces of mattress, when we requested one piece, the staff promised to do so the next day but they never changed it.
