The place and the environment is awesome.

Communication about security , access control was difficult without being updated. We had to run around the whole place looking for help instead of getting informed by the host. Security photo system was down, QR code expires without our knowledge and we only find out about these issues when we need to go out.

The iron didn't work and the tv kept on asking for login details as if someone somewhere else was trying to access Google/YouTube.

Lifestyle centre and spa was peaceful

Dirty and smelly couch and cushions which made the whole apartment have an unpleasant odour. Cheap linen. No basics: no milk, water, hand soap nor lotion. On site restaurant service was very poor. No one greeted us, menus took long to arrive, no drinks offered, long waiting time and when waitress eventually arrived, she did not greet us - just stood in front of us to take order. We eventually left

The interior deco was perfect 🥰...

The TV was not working and very small Tea station not nice, use sachets instead of pouring in containers

The lagoon is so peaceful and relaxed 😌

Everything was very fine. I’m definitely coming back and also I really like Lynette this lady is very understanding and patient.. she knows how to treat people

The cleaner didn’t remove the dirty staff
