No complaints

Lovely apartment, clean and modern.

Too noisy, noise from apartment above.

The location was great as we wanted to be next to the scene. The accommodation was clean and tidy and had almost all we needed. The staff were helpful at no 1 stanley street.

Booking.com gave no warning of the extra deposit we had to pay on top of the fee for the room. Also no warning on their Web page of the steps, and my partner struggles with stairs. No tea/ coffee on the property. Expect some noise from outside the building is old and still has the old windows. It didn't bother us as we slept alright, but it could affect others.

I think the sofa bed could have been a little better, we’ve definitely seen and used better ones.

Smell of smoke, damp and mould, property was filthy with stains on walls floors and matrices, overall the hole building was scruffy

I liked the space and the interior design of the room

The walls were very thin so I was kept awake all night

The staircase quite steep and it a challenge for elderly people to walk up the stairs Two of the heater were not working. It has to be fixed in the day we checked in and the other unit nee to be replace with a portable unit.

How close the place was to all the things we needed.

The lack of cleanliness, finding pills underneath the sofa (evidence of it not being cleaned properly) facilities broken or about the break, the noise from the people passing in the corridor as well as walking above us. There could be better facilities to reduce the noise. The carbon monoxide detector not even working as well as the fire alarm! And when thus was reported being told there is nothing they can do apart from report it to the maintenance person. Was not worth the £200 spent for 2 nights. Especially since £75 of that went towards the cleaning bill for an unclean apartment.

The flat was ultra comfortable, clean, stylish, and all the amenities were there. Honestly, it felt like we had just moved to Liverpool! Everything we needed was there.

Lighting in the hallway was absent, which could have been a trip hazard, also finding our way The noise from across the street from the Irish pub during the Monday and Tuesday we were there. Windows couldn't be upgraded to sound proof as it is a listed building. However the staff Maddie and Grace did move us to another apartment location which was much quieter (Water Street) for no extra cost, which we were extremely grateful for. ❤️ We have since booked again for Water Street.

The space and facilities were very good.

No sound proofing on front door- a gap of about 3 inches - so really noisy as people came & went. No towel hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise all good.

The bed settee in living room it needs changed very stained and grubby. I didn’t sit on it see image Noisy at night but says that in the description take ear plugs unless you stay out till 3 in the morning
