El personal, te hacen sentir como en casa 😊

La atención del personal, en especial la joven que me atendió, tanto en la parte de hotel como en la parte de restauración. Una muy buena profesional, trato exquisito a todos los clientes y eficiente. La posibilidad de dejar la bicicleta en el almacen es un valor añadido muy bueno, ya que está en el Camino de la Cruz de Caravaca. Totalmente recomendable.
El colchón va pidiendo ya el relevo.

The location. It was quite a walk from the centre of Mula.

The room was nicely decorated, staff in the cafe were friendly and helpful.
There weren't always staff on reception so sometimes we had to wait a little. I found the matresses a little hard.

Very clean, modern room with well-equipped bathroom. Comfortable bed and efficient heating. Staff welcoming and friendly. In walking distance of town centre.

We did not get breakfast with our booking
It’s out of season so there were no staff about after we had checked in. This wasn’t a problem as we were visiting family who live in Mular.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Bar serves good food . Location is very convenient.

Nothing to like really. Did not have breakfast. Evening meal was very poor. Young barman with black painted nails ignored me most of the time. Access to a good Aldi Store.
Reception understaffed. Attitude of young barman. Only one hard pillow. Asked for the evening menu but the barman came back and just rattled off what was available, in Spanish, so I had to take a chance. Main course was 3 skinny sausages and about 20 french fries and no sauces provided. The postre was a no name ice cream cone in a plain silver wrapping. House wine was overpriced at 12 euros for a bottle. I complained and got it reduced to 10 euros. Hand towel rail badly fitted and fell to the floor. This was a one night trial booking to plan a future trip to explore the area but I will not be coming back.

Staff were friendly although most of them spoke no English.
Room was very cold on arrival. Turned the aircon unit on to no effect. Went and reported this to reception and they sent a cleaner up to our room. She tried her best to get the aircon working then came back with an electric fire. This cured the problem. In the morning we was unable to have a shower as the water was really cold. On leaving there was nobody to report this to.

Excellent value for money with good food, newly refurbished very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. All you could expect from a hotel of this type.

Clean and tidy
There was very low water pressure in my shower but the room we had next door was fine

As i have stayed in this very nice local and really friendly hotel before a few times i knew what to expect, great food breakfast was simple, coffee superb and all the meals were a real treat!
Maybe a few more English speaking staff ....

The Breakfast was simple but great value for money, the staff spoke little English but really tried hard to please and were very kind.The Hotel is in a great location and given the Tapas is superb there is no need to go out to eat.
Parking was sometimes limited
