Spacious, clean, excellent bathroom, double glazed windows to stop the noise from the street.

Shower curtain a bit broken. Shower curtains don’t ever work too well. Suggest a glass screen next reno.

This is a modern apartment in a great area of town. All the sights are walkable, other than the wonderful museum, which is a tram ride away. It has a fabulous view of the sea/harbour and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the ships go in and out. The bed is very large and comfortable.

There was noticeable noise all night from the street below. The wifi was not always reliable.

Parking was difficult. Had to leave before 8:30AM on Monday due to parking fees. The AC did not work. A trolly runs just behind the window so, could not open the windows to cool down.

Spacious, light and comfortable. The host could not have been more helpful. Right by the interesting harbour, with ferries and cruise ships coming and going. Excelent facilities and well equipped.

Busy road and rattling trams outside- but convenient for transport.

Great location halfway between the Northern ferry port we got off at and the train station with a tram nearby as well. The host communicated well and provided really clear and easy check in instructions. We had our own bathroom in the bedroom and a shared common area and kitchen. We liked that there was a chess board to use in the common area and there was also a view of the water from the balcony and amazing views of the water and whole town from the rooftop so it didn’t really matter that we didn’t get a room with a sea view. The shower had lots of hot water and the water pressure was great.

The only few things to note, the drain doesn’t work very well in the shower and there is only the one drain so the bathroom floods every time you shower and doesn’t dry, it just stays wet, even with all the floor mats on the ground you still need to wear flip flops into the bathroom to not get wet feet/bottoms of your pants. The toilet seat was broken but I messaged the host about this who was already aware and said it was getting replaced that week so this probably won’t be a problem for much longer.

The check out time was the most important factor for me to check out at 11 but they gave me 1 more extra hour to check out . Also there was kitchen with full facilities and excellently occupied with the stuff .

Only stayed one night but its was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Host was helpful (recommended restaurants) and responded to texts quickly. We booked all four rooms so did not have to share kitchen area. The views from both room (with sea view) and the rooftop were nice.

The apartment was very spacious and super clean. The panoramic view of the port and Reggio Calabria on the other side was just amazing and you cannot ask for more. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The location was amazing, very close to the city center, train station and the port to take the ferry. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars around. Superb stay!

We were traveling around Sicily on bikes and we stayed at this venue in Messina the owner was kind to find for us a safe place to store the bicycles. The venue is very clean and in a brilliant location!

Everything was perfect.

The location is brilliant: Right next to the seaside ... the room had a beautiful bathroom with fantastic view and bath tub !!! You could have just stayed in this room and enjoyed the view 😅 The owner is amazing: Speaks English very well and reacted always just a few moments after I sent a question - amazing !! Always willing to help and advise with ideas ... a very kind man. I travelled by myself so I was delighted ... Many thanks, I will stay again !!!

A little noise from the Tram line, but to be expected in a city in such a convenient location.

The room is in a good location but it has some noise from street traffic.

Feels like home

The B&B is very centrally located directly at the harbor. It is very nicely furnished and clean. The host Marco is super helpful and friendly. There is a small terrace on the roof. You can see all of Messina. Everything was wonderful.

Very modern, clean and tidy with good central location close to bars an restaurants and accessible for all transport links, ferry, bus an train. Marco the owner was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
