Almost everything
The water leakage in the roof of the tv room. When it rained the plugs switch on the switch board kept on tripping.

The view was amazing, it felt like home when we walked through the front door, staff was so helpful and friendly.

The view of the ocean, direct access to the beach. The accommodation was really comfortable and we enjoyed the peace and quiet.
The loadshedding was a real damper and to make it worse the geyser wasn't heating the water up effectively. We had cold showers.
