Lovely, quiet location and clean, tidy and comfortable. Just what was needed.

The animals on the grounds was a big win with my 5 year old

Their is only one room which is mezzanine so when travelling with a child or with friends isn’t really suitable due to noise carrying

Stunning location, we loved the animals and the farm. The most comfortable bedding in a stylishly decorated, cozy property. Kerrie provides thorough instructions for locating and accessing the farm.

stunning property with lovely grounds to walk around with some beautiful animals to interact with which my son loved. I will definitely visit again and next time come for longer to make use of the grounds.

The bed in the bedroom was lovely and very comfortable but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on. I would like a bit more in the breakfast box, maybe some fruit and a bit more selection of cereal. it was hard to change the temperature in the chalet, there were instructions in the book, but it didn’t relate to what was there.

The location was lovely, it was in the middle of farm land, with lovely unusual animals, gorgeous surroundings. The chalet was lovely, everything you needed was there. It was luxury at a very reasonable price. We met one of the staff who was really lovely. Also the information that the host supplied about the surrounding area was in-depth and really helpful. I highly recommend you staying here and myself, friends and our two dogs will definitely be back.

Not having the bed on a raised platform on the mezzanine. It made getting in and out of bed quite difficult as the rafter was low.

The lake and the Breeze - quite beautiful. Well kitted out, great shower.

There was a problem with key fob so I couldn't get out on foot. The instructions weren't as clear as they could have been on that and i think the key fobs should be checked for each new client. Sofa bed mattress not very comfortable. The 20 minute walk to The Bull's Head was a bit of an underestimate and i suggest letting people know that there is no pavement on much of the road so it would be quite dangerous in the dark.

Tiny, no storage space at all, had to live out of suitcases, no windows, just “velux” style on the roof, made me feel uncomfortable.

The location and grounds are fabulous. Like the idea of making chalets from the old farm buildings, very pictesque, quiet and enchanting. Dressing gowns were perfect, beds so very comfortable - great nights sleep! Being woken by the sound of Guinnea fowl! - just outside the great picture windows in the roof looking from the bed was really fantastic! Loved the animals! Bathroom very nice standard. Clever use of space - the mezamine bedroom area lovely idea - giving height and light. Our 10 month old puppies first trip away - it worked really well. So close to Chichester!

Maybe some hooks for clothes would be good when staying multi nights. But plenty of draw space.

The grounds were superb.

The shower didnt work and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and dirty.

We absolutely loved everything about the accommodation and location.

We loved all the extra touches: goody basket of provisions, all of the recommendations of places to eat and things to do. We also loved the lake and the rowing boat.

minor, but of you were elderly or had back problems manoeuvring around the beam upstairs and bed on the left hand side would be tricky. But not an issue for most.

Lovely location the accommodation we had was perfect for a couple. Very clean.

Nothing really all good

An easy stay, in an absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful and quiet. My best friend stayed here ahead of her wedding day and got ready onsite and absolutely loved it. The chalet was absolutely pristine on arrival, with all the required facilities provided as advertised. The staff were brilliant, particularly the housekeeping staff who, put simply, couldn’t do enough for you! Easy to access and great communication with the host, Kerri, too! Thank you!

The property was as advertised and actually surpassed expectations, my only dislike was having to leave such a pretty setting!

We in love to this place from the first second just arrived. Very peaceful,amazing nature,lake and of course animals. This place remind my country I feel here like at home ! We definitely come back again ! Thanks hosts for this place !
