Convenient near downtown and the university. Came up to hike and visit museums. My elderly parents stayed one night and it was nice to have much of the house on one floor so they could stay on that floor. Great communication with owner

Their house was beautiful, with plenty of space and amenities. Shower was wonderful, everything we needed was there. It was awesome and close to the university.

Greg provides an excellent place to stay for our family. There is a reason why we keep coming back!

This was a great place to stay for our daughter’s graduation from UW. Very convenient location and worked well for a home base for family and friends to drop by to help celebrate. Lots of common areas, living room dining room and seating for everyone to relax and enjoy!

The house was spacious and accommodated our family well. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed our stay. The bunk beds were not up to the quality of the rest of the furniture. The structure was shaky so we put the top mattress on the floor. The bottom mattress was reportedly just a box spring or of poor quality.

The property itself was sufficient for our needs. It might be a decent property from a relative perspective but we have stayed at other places better. Grass was uncut and full of weeds. Smoke alarm chirped for a new battery which should never happen. We ran out of toilet paper with only a single roll in each bathroom. The downstairs shower was anemic. But…it was sufficiently adequate.

Greg is a great property owner. House we clean and close to downtown. Won’t be our last stay here.

We stayed at the home for our daughters graduation. It was a great home base for other family and friends to visit during the weekend.

It worked well for our family in town for a wedding. Only negatives-did not realize no AC throughout, and having a double bed bunk bed is not comfortable as sleeping arrangements for 4 adults. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the convenience to everything.

We were in Laramie for the memorial service for our step dad… an amazing man who passed away in January. All the family had to find a common time to gather… this house was perfect! Lots of space, modern amenities (except a toaster), Great neighborhood and convenient location. Property manager allowed early check in and I’m sure we could reach him for any needs.. highly recommend especially if you have a kiddo at U of Wyoming 😊

We had such a nice stay. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Perfect location too.

We rented this house for Spring Break to come see our son at the University of Wyoming. It was the perfect location-in the tree neighborhood. The house was very clean. It was very roomy. The upstairs master suite was huge, with a beautiful master bathroom and sitting room. We were both working from home and we were both able to do it without any issues. There was one housekeeping issue when we first arrived, but it was taken care of immediately . We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the neighborhood, and taking in the fresh Wyoming air. Plenty of room to have my son and his roommates over for dinner- would have loved it if a grill would have been provided. We played games in the front game room. The picture shows an empty room, but there is a table in the room that has the games. The rooms are all spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked for making meals. We did not use the laundry, even though it was available. There is a tenant in the basement, but we did not have any issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and it was super easy to use. We had a great trip.

This beautiful house was very nice, clean and centrally located. There was more than enough room for all seven of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestions we have is that a toaster and broom be provided.

This house was perfect for us to stay while visiting Laramie. We stayed for almost 11 days. It was very clean in a beautiful neighborhood. The master bathroom was large. The kitchen was beautiful. It had all the basic perks that a kitchen has. The temperature control of the house was great . The only thing I could come up with that was questionable for me because I am not tech savy is the TV situation.. I like to be able to turn on the TV and watch TV. I am not a HULU/APPLE/NETFLIX or ROKU user so i was lost on how to watch live TV. The upstairs TV is APPLE TV and I could not figure out how to connect my IPHONE. The downstairs has more options and we were able to watch Netflix most of the time. It was not a negative just an annoyance on my part because I did not know how to use. I watched TV on my IPAD Direct TV from home so problem solved. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

We loved the spacious kitchen and dining area - lots of room for a big breakfast before heading out for the day. The house is clean and comfortable. Upstairs suite is really nice, especially the bathroom. It gets a little warm up there, but cools down in the evening. Propery manager (Greg) is friendly and helpful. Great place for families!

The property is spacious, very updated, and clean. The neighborhood is close to everything, but quiet. Best property in Laramie of the four I have rented. Highly recommend.
