Nice home in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed in terms of appointments. The house was clean and we enjoyed the centrality of the location. Great kitchen!

Overall a great stay for what we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and location close enough to downtown and Old Mill. A couple notes is that we knew there was no A/C but we were there it was Smokey so we couldn’t open windows to help cool house down and fans provided just circulated warm air. Also for our group of 8 (4 adults & 4 kids) the full size bed was really only big enough for 1 adult. We didn’t use hideabed but brought our own cots. The house could use a little more places to sit especially if everyone is wanting to watch a movie or TV. But the place does have plenty of room overall.

I was heading to Bend with a group spread out at a few different properties for an outdoor adventure weekend, something we do 1-2 times a year. With the nearby wildfires the AQI in Bend the night before and day of our trip was reading 800 in some areas, averaging 300 throughout the duration of our would-be trip. An AQI of 300 is dangerous for anyone, but I am also pregnant and traveling to this kind of AQI would be a serious health risk. Due to the smoke, all activities booked, other properties our friends had rented and airlines refunded us without issue. This property however would not. They offered (and did) refund us the cleaning fee and damage waiver but said if no one else booked the house over those nights they would not refund us. Obviously, no one was going to book the house when the AQI in Bend was 300. They said they would only refund us if there was an evacuation order for the area the house was in. When I called to speak to someone and explained the situation the woman on the phone was extremely rude. I said that the AQI map I was looking at showed areas of Bend at 800 and that I was pregnant and it would extremely unsafe for us to travel. She responded with "Well I am downtown in the middle of Bend and it is actually in the 300s right now". Which is still toxic! It is absolutely ridiculous to me that the health of their guests is not a priority. We have already rebooked our trip and our entire group will not be booking a property at Arriived ever again.

Everything was great. The only thing that could be better is if there was air conditioning. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

The title says it all. Definitely need a car to get to town, even just to stock the essentials. A biggie- NO AC. I didn’t notice this in the listing that it just had heat. There were fans but the house was hot. Overall. this is a very nice house. One more thing- the dryer takes forever to dry anything. Oh, one more thing. A very nice man showed up unannounced, without an Id tag saying we reported that apple tv wasn’t working. We had not called - maybe a previous tenant? We mentioned the house was missing a blender and he ran and got one for us. He was very nice, but having my son in law in law enforcement, you can’t be too careful. Id or a call would have been expected.

House was easy to get to and quite large. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking things so that made it easy to make food. Overall was very happy with the stay.

Cutely decorated older, mid-century modern ranch house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Felt safe and comfortable.

The house was ready when we arrived. Everything was clean and neat. Kitchen was arranged nicely. All doors could use some oil to eliminate squeaking when opened. Not an issue and my fault for not reaching out to owner. I would stay there again.

Great location, lots of extra things you may need, very comfortable beds and cozy house. There is no netflix but we survived;)

The Bend House felt roomy, although the layout was a little funky, with what seemed to be wasted space. There was a lack of sitting furniture in the living room. We moved in chairs from the bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of counter space for several people to help with food prep. We appreciated the rear entry near the laundry room where we could dry and gate off our dog. We would stay there again.

Spacious home with a very well stocked kitchen (appliances, utensils, seasonings, etc.). Nice to have laundry on site. Owners were very thoughtful in providing so many little things you might need (sewing kit, salt for icy driveway, etc.) Very comfortable home, we would stay again.

A little on the exigencies side but did not disappoint at all. Condition of property and location near downtown were awesome.

Our family stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and a dog park within walking distance. It was clean and we would stay here again.

We rented this home for my daughter's wedding weekend. It provided a lot of room for the bridal party to get ready and was close to the wedding venue. The bride and groom enjoyed their stay after the wedding. It was quiet, comfortable and relaxing.We loved this home and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a fun weekend at the Bend House. Super easy checkin and check out. If we had any question they were answered promptly. The house was clean, well stocked, and everything was easy to find. The house was a short walk to a nice walking park. Many restaurants and shops close by. We will definitely stay again!

We rented this place for our family to come stay during our wedding weekend. Place was great!

Great house

We enjoyed staying in The Bend House in the city's NW section The home was more spacious than we thought it would be. The location was close to downtown and many good food/coffee choices. The fantastic Newport Market is in walking distance. It was difficult to enjoy the front yard or porch because of some construction taking place across the street. We will stay in this house again if we return to Bend.

More often than not you stay at a property and the pictures make the house seem bigger than in real life. It was the other way around with this property. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I wished it had was air conditioning but it was totally manageable.

Loved the openness and the number of bedrooms. Also thought the kitchen layout was great. The couch in the TV room is pretty uncomfortable. Can't really accommodate more than 3 people. Great to have a laundry room. Would have liked a firepit or some type of outdoor gathering area, but shall yard.

This was a perfect spot for 2 families with kids. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked. Great location within walking distance to downtown. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay with our family. Close to town and activities. Not a lot of outdoor space for sitting just the front porch. The house is much larger than. It appears and is comfortable and well furnished. Nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed this fun place! Cute decor and furnishing and perfect for a small group of friends for a getaway weekend. Close to downtown and the old mill district, but the house is up on a significant hill so realistically not walkable to and from. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely recommend it!
