My friends and I had the best time! Talk about a dream location. There are 360 degree views of the red rocks. We easily hiked to trails from the house yet it was peaceful and quiet. It was nice to have a hot tub after hiking. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with items we needed and very close to Whole Foods was nice. I would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time in Sedona and the Casita made our stay even better. Our first Vrbo experience and we couldn’t be happier-exceeded expectations!!! The place was comfortable and clean, the amenities were great and we enjoyed every spot in the beautiful yard-comfortable seating and the views were spectacular. A short walk to amazing hikes on the Soldier Pass Trail was a bonus with this property.

My husband & I arrived after dark very late. Check in was easy. We went straight to bed. We awoke the next morning to the spectacular views of the red rocks & lush gardens around the Casita! We grabed our morning coffee & headed outside. Each of the outdoor spaces had a beautiful, unique view. It felt like the surroundings were giving a peaceful embrace. The Casita was the perfect blend of rustic comfortable Sedona with modern conveniences. The location made each day a pleasure to explore the trails, restaurants, shopping. As well as the convenience of Whole Foods just down the road. The outdoor fire pit made every evening a cozy place to have a night cap, enjoy the moon & recap adventures. Joey was quick to respond & a pleasure to communicate with. Her guide books were plentiful & helpful. This is one of the best VRBO's we've experienced!

Everything about the casita was perfect. The location can't be beat, the house is spotlesss and very comfortable with everything you need. The views are amazing and we were able to walk to Soldiers Pass Trail easily. We even had a visit from Rama the kitty every morning after yoga. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the location away from the traffic in Sedona. And the VIEWS! 3 patios to enjoy all day. Very spacious, pretty, and well stocked. And the nearby dog park was fantastic. We walked from the casita to a cool hike and avoided the parking frenzy. Even the walk just thru the neighborhood was gorgeous. Everything was as advertised. Only small complaint was that there wasn’t cable TV. We forgot to bring our fire stick and missed some games but we knew in advance so we should have prepared better. Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved the casita. We would hike all day, and then return here to recharge before heading out to dinner. The house was so comfortable, beautifully decorated, and the location can’t be beat! Joey was so easy to communicate with and the guide book she provides has any and all info we needed to feel like locals. Great outdoor spaces to relax after a long day of hiking too. If you’re considering this place, do yourself a favor and snap it up! You’ll love it!

We have been all around this globe in VRBOs and in simple terms, this specific home might have been one of the best to date. Comfort, terrific location, heavenly views, thoughtful amenities, and overall convenience are all characteristics that embody this home and clearly- it's owners. Homerun!

This property is so special. The inside is clean, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable -it has all of the amenities you could need (especially loved the Alaffia products) AND, there are amazing views from every room. The outdoor space is just as amazing, with several seating/eating/lounging areas with red rock views. I loved laying in the hammock and staring at coffee pot rock. And the location is unbeatable - .3 miles to the Soldiers Pass trailhead. The host allowed us to check in early (we didn’t even ask - it was so much appreciated) and they turned the cool on prior to our arrival. We had such a great time and will definitely be back.

This home was peaceful and beautifully kept and set in a stunning location. A perfect place to rest in between hiking excursions and other activities. There are playgrounds nearby and a splash park which were big hits with the kids! I loved the multiple outdoor sitting areas and landscaping around the house as well! We were delighted and would recommend it to anyone for a very special vacation!

We stayed at this lovely home for a week. The home is conveniently located to literally everything you need in Sedona; hiking trails, Whole Foods, all of our favorite restaurants. The home has comfortable spaces and comfortable beds. Wonderful outdoor seating options. Lovely gardens. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Excellent responsiveness from the host. We definitely hope to stay here again someday!

Good location, close to trails and public tennis courts. Super close to Whole Foods and several decent restaurants. Turns out nothin is that far away, since Sedona is a small town. Tv was quite tricky to use and wish we could have been able to watch local channels. Bathroom and kitchen were fully functional and clean. Hot tub was really nice too. Lots of good information provided by the host in forms of maps, binders, pamphlets. Happy we found this place and would stay here again.

We had an awesome 3 day stay. The location was great…easy access to Soldier’s Pass hike and that was one of our favorites! The views were amazing, so even relaxing in one of the many outside seating areas was a great experience!

If you want to hike this is the perfect location to walk a short distance to many beautiful trails. The casita is lovely and extremely clean. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The casita is very well stocked with everything needed. The yard is lovely and private with fantastic views. The yard and hot tub were well maintained throughout our month stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and upscale. Joey and Reuben were great hosts and their pets are adorable.

Perfect stay in a 2 bedroom house in the heart of Sedona. Truly lovely, well maintained home, and an incredible environment/surrounds. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We stayed at this lovely casita for 4 days. Everything is as described in the listing. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The location is fantastic - close to town yet also very close to amazing views and hiking. You can walk to many trailheads from the property, including the Soldier Pass trailhead. This is a huge benefit because parking at trailheads fills up. The host has very thoughtfully provided books and trail maps in the cabin - a ton of very useful info and recommendations. The host recommended a gorgeous hike that we did one day. The casita has both a front patio and a back patio, both with gorgeous views of the mountains. Highly recommend!

Joey's property is exactly as described, but you can really capture the beauty of it all by seeing it in person. The views from every area of the home (there are several) were spectacular. Home is comfortable and very well stocked in a quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of games and some DVDs if you happen to hit a cold or rainy day (if there is such a thing in Sedona) or just want to hang out with friends and family. There is even a hot tub, so bring suits to enjoy that under the stars. If you are into hiking, this is the place to be. A lot of trails right out your door. If you are not into hiking, a gentle walk in the neighborhood or even a short walk on one of the trails, is at your fingertips. Joey has a lot of trail maps and descriptions of each one, which was very helpful in deciding which ones to walk, the distance/time for each, and the best time of day for each of them. This is close, but not too close (5-10 minutes), to a number of grocery stores, galleries, restaurants, and downtown Sedona. If we had any questions, Joey and her husband were there to answer and to share the best places to see. It was one of the best VBRO experiences we have ever had.

This Casita was wonderful. Great location, beautiful views, quiet, private and beautifully decorated. A home away from home. It was furnished with everything you could need. It was so nice to have paper towel, coffee, shampoo etc… all the things you need when you first arrive and are too tired to get to store. We’ll be back!

Great walking location to numerous hiking trails (parking can be a problem) and close to markets and restaurants without the hassle and traffic of traffic of Uptown Sedona.

This is a fantastic property. Beautiful, charming ,cozy, peaceful, spotlessly clean. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need, wonderful linens, great mattresses, unparalleled views. I loved everything about it. Just exceptional. Worth every penny.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We are active and made good use of the close proximity to incredible hiking and biking trails and proximity to downtown Sedona. The place was very nice, cozy and we loved the multiple outdoor sitting areas with GREAT views of the surrounding red rock. It was perfect!
