A fantastic place to stay- the kids loved meeting the animals, bouncing on the trampoline and playing on the climbing frame- it was a challenge to get them to leave! The cottage was cosy, comfortable, well equiped and clean.

Minor minor detail but would have been a bonus to have a box of jigsaws/board games/toys. Also a coat stand/boot rack or something like that would have been useful but these are all minor details! The WiFi was unreliable during our stay which was frustrating at times.

Everything about the Northlands Farm is exceptional! It was an excellent experience!

The setting is idyllic - the cottage is within a large farm with alpacas and donkeys roaming around and lots of other animals to see. There is a tennis court and a beautiful lake with a small rowing boat to go out on. The hosts were super friendly.

The cottage is fairly basic but comfortable. The wifi was terrible!

The house was beautifully appointed and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. The views were stunning and we loved the animals kept on the farm - especially the Alpacas and Highland cattle. Would recommend to young families and almost anyone. A really beautiful place and well located to explore Chichester, the South coast and Goodwood house.

Beautiful area with great setting for the farm. Everything was well maintained and very neat.

We never saw the hosts so was a little impersonal. Partly our fault as we could have called them on the phone and I’m sure they would have been there immediately.

The location and it was in a farm area. Animals were all cute. We could walk around to explore the animals and the pond with boat was cute . Very handy to have two toilet. Breakfast was provided with fresh milk. Kitchen had all the equipment if you wanted to cook.

We could hear noises throughout the night. Next door was playing music around 2am. Be vary of the wooden noises the house and the doors are harder to shut so you end up slamming them. Internet and TV signal was very weak in the living room

The property was amazing. There was plenty of space, everywhere was immaculate and the little extras of bath robes, earplugs and mini toiletries was a lovely surprise. I had my 4 month old and I felt comfortable bringing him here and we loved going out to see the animals in the morning. Uber eats was also able to deliver us some dinner. We will definitely be booking again.

Just perfect. The children loved rowing the boat on the lake. They liked the animals and the beautiful grounds. The accommodation was spotless and the towels were super fluffy and soft. We had a super holiday.

Maybe a few hooks to hang up towels would have been helpful.

The property was in a beautiful location with all the animals and we enjoyed the tennis. It was very comfortable. What seems like a small thing but would actually make a huge difference is there were not enough toilet rolls. A beautiful place and near to so much.

Easy access and great facilities all round. Perfect for a much needed stay-cay with the family. Farm animals on-site are a lovely addition. Continental breakfast options were a plus and nice recommendations for dinner locally. Will hopefully stay again in the future.
