Myself and my teenage son stayed here on our last leg of our Florida trip. It was just perfect for the two of us. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, AC on point, and I paid the little extra to heat the pool and spa. I lived on the lanai the whole time. The gas grill was a definite bonus. And I must mention that the master bedroom bed has got to be the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept in, in my entire life. I will say that in an effort to keep the home safe while we were out, I actually locked myself out and had to wait until my kid rescued me with the keys (he was in Tampa). So the only recommendation I would make would be possibly instilling a keypad lock on the front door. Otherwise I have nothing remotely negative to say. Dealing with the property manager was a breeze, very quick to respond. The drive to Coquina beach is only about 15 min which I highly recommend. 5/5 in my book!🌴🌊😎

The home has everything you might want. Bed was very comfortable. Pool and hot tub every day. Quiet Neighhood. We loved it!

Upon check-in I found the property very clean. A/C and ceiling fans working well. The internet was not working so I called the property manager and left voicemail. Someone else (Matthew) called back promptly to confirm the problem and whether or not I had tried basic steps (unplug modem and turn back on, etc.) He then came to house to confirm himself. Cable company (Spectrum) came late next morning as well as Ethan from office. Repair took 1 hr, worked fine after that. Rest of stay went well. Jacuzzi and pool very nice!

We had a wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches and many fun activities! Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and was in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach& shopping. Just a side note,if you want the spa hot then you have to pay the extra fee for heated pool/ spa The heated fee is for both pool and spa .

We just weren't aware when booking that heating the pool was an extra cost.

Excellent vacation home just as described. There were extras that we did not know about like pool towels, Beach chairs, pool floats, etc. The pool was a huge hit with our teens. We paid extra for it to be heated which was well worth it. Overall, it was a great vacation.

Nice quiet neighborhood, well maintained home and lawn, beaches not very far, comfy and well furnished house. Great indoor and outdoor dining place. Clean and empty garage with beach stuff available to borrow. Good washer and dryer. Amazing pool!!, secluded mostly from neighbors. Had a wonderful birthday time and no problems!

It was a lovely property. A starter kit of supplies ( hand, laundry and dishwasher soap) were appreciated. The saltwater pool was amazing and was perfectly shaded during a portion of the day and no worries about a sun burn for us or the kids. Quiet neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed this home with the pool and hot tub. The back yard is very private and the neighborhood is quiet. The location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed!

This is a great place to stay. Definitely get the pool heat if you are staying in the winter months. The kids loved having a hot tub on the cold days we had. We were able to bike to Anna Maria Island each day (about 6 miles each way).

The house was fantastic. Super relaxing and easy drive to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Great pool and only a 10-15 minute drive to multiple beaches! Our family had a great stay and the property manager was very responsive and helpful during our stay! House was clean and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly! Suggestions: Maybe some curtains for sliding glass doors, a clock for outside while enjoying the pool/spa and a little more clarity that the hot tub will not be such unless you opt for the added pool heating fee. Overall great place to stay and we would recommend and stay again! Thanks for a great vacation! 😁�

The pool and spa ---wonderful daily enjoyment. Location is quiet but close to beach, shopping, Riverwalk, Lecom etc. Was welcomed with a note from the owner attached to a beautiful apple pie... nice

Everything was what we hoped for !!! Never did a house rental before and was apprehensive about it at first. But loved the experience and would totally do it again 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day "Spring Break" stay at Sunny Days. House was very clean with lots of space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Pool and Spa were the definite highlights, but we also used the spacious kitchen for a couple of meals and relaxed in the nicely furnished living room. Thanks for providing pool/beach toys/equipment and well-organized brochures and flyers on things-to-do and restaurants. Getting the spa temperature just right (either too hot or too cold) took some time and trial and error, but Debbie responded quickly and assisted professionally. We made some great memories and plan on returning soon. Thanks again!

My husband and I took a week away from the Wisconsin weather and stayed at this beautiful house. We had every meal on the screened in lani/pool/spa area and it couldn’t have been more relaxing. The bed was comfy, all the amenities fantastic, and the neighborhood quiet. It was just what we needed to escape from the cold. Debbie is easy to work with and available for any questions you have. Would stay again!

We found the house very comfortable and inviting. The pool and lanai area was great for having friends and family over, and the location is fantastic for reaching a variety of activities. We had a great time and glad this house was available for us!

This house was well furnished, with plenty of towels and toys for the pool. We used the pool and hot tub almost every day we were there and with the trees in the backyard we didn't have to worry about too much sunscreen. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with quiet neighbors....the frogs and cicadas made more noise. I am a light sleeper so this is always one of my biggest concerns. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows in the closet. There was plenty of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels available. We almost ran out of laundry soap. My suggestion for the management/owners would be to supply more since they expect you to start towels or bedding on the day you check out. The house is only 1.5 miles away from grocery shopping and restaurants. Sage Biscuit is our FAVORITE place to get breakfast! And Anna Maria Island is only a few miles away. We actually have extended family just down the street so we were excited when we found this house. And giving the accommodations.....we will definitely be returning.

We stayed in the house for almost a week. The pool was awesome! The pull out couch was perfect for the kids. There were 5 of us, the house had plenty of room to accommodate us all. It was only about a 5 min drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Couldn't have asked for a better rental house!!!

Really enjoyed this home, in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. House was very updated and extremely clean. Pool and hot tub was a bonus! Less than 10 mins to the beach. Owners were very helpful and kind during our stay. Can’t wait to go back! This place really made our week amazing!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Debbie's home, even though we happened to plan our trip during the threat of a tropical storm! When we weren't able to spend time at the beach, we were able to grab pockets of nice weather and enjoy the pool and hot tub. The home was very comfortable, including the beds which were the right amount of firmness for me. One thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the home, and the basic necessities that were on hand for us to maintain the home as if it were ours. Since some vacation rentals are more stocked than others, you don't know what you'll find until you get there. We had just about everything we needed to get started, but if I were to book here again, I would pack some bath soap, coffee, sugar, and a little more plush toilet paper :) Overall, my kids enjoyed it so much they did not want to leave. I would stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thanks again, Debbie!

This home had everything we needed & was super clean! The pool/spa are beautiful & we used both day & night. The owner is very responsive & accommodating! We would definitely stay at this rental again & highly recommend!

We stayed April 2018 while attending a wedding on Anna Maria Island. The location was convenient to the island and had all necessary stores close by. Wonderful residential neighborhood. Most importantly the house was beautiful; so clean and organized and spacious. We could not have asked for anything more. We spent most of our time outside in the Lanai. It was perfect! Plenty of space and seating and a grill. The heated pool was incredible. The temperature was perfect. We could not have asked for a more lovely stay. Thank you Debbie!!!

Only 5 miles from beaches, house was just as described. Loved the outdoor space and "dining room/Florida room". Pool and Hot Tub was perfect for our needs. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the anoles and squirrel watching each morning. Weather (except Sunday) was perfect would've stayed another week. Kitchen was a little small but was perfectly adequate, we used the outdoor grill often. Did not meet Debbie, but she was quickly responsive when contacted. Overall a wonderful place to use and explore the Anna Maria Island and Bradenton area.

Definitely would stay here again. Clean house with all the amenities and close to everything.
