Es war mal wieder schön, wie zuhause empfangen zu werden. Super nett und hilfsbereit, wie bereits von uns bekannt. Großes Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Couch und Küchenzeile nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg von der U-Bahn Station Andrews und nicht mal 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Mall entfernt. Auch verkehrstechnisch optimal Richtung Flughafen gelegen. Sauber und mit gutem amerikanischen Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es könnte für Handtücher / Badetücher noch hier und da ein Hacken in Bad geben. Ansonsten absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Top!

It was an emergency booking as Southwest cancelled our flight to Oakland, and we needed a hotel close to the airport as we were rebooked on a 5 am. flight the following morning. Everything is cool about the hotel though we weren't unable to stay to enjoy their free breakfast.

The Breakfast buffet was good except that the milk was under lock and key so you couldn't have the cereal there

The dining area was dirty and sticky. All the tables and floors were sticky where the paper napkins got stuck to the surfaces they touched. The room toilet didn't flush properly. The bathroom vent was just decorative and did not work. There was no hot water in either sink so we had to wash dishes in the shower. We were charged a $25 service charge per day to park on the premises that was not disclosed before we came.

It's in a fairly good spot, short distance to public transport and to a nice shopping area with good for value stores. I liked the easiness and calmness in the hotel and the area around the hotel. I felt I was visiting the "real" Boston in this location and still just minutes from the buzzing downtown.

Would have liked a bit bigger facility during breakfast, but it was never too crowded.
