Fabulous location. Great outlook. Super convenient access to town amenities. Spacious and comfortable lounge with comprehensive entertainment for rainy days.

The default checkout time of 10am is very tight when wrangling small children; paying extra for late checkout is recommended.

Wonderful location, very close to the high street. Excellent facilities, everything we needed for our stay — including travel adapters! Wifi went off-line for a day, but we were able to reset it. Hosts were very responsive to questions and problems.

A lovely property, we received full information prior to arrival. The house was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area was also very spacious leading out to the balcony which overlooked the river. The beds were very comftable. Excellent location right in the heart of St Neots. Cannot fault this property.

Not only was the location brilliant but the house was spacious, clean, had a new kitchen and looked over the river. The owners were great and would recommend this property without hesitation.

The house was perfect for us, when we were attending a wedding at Bassmead manor farms just 10 minute drive away. It’s a great size and beautiful outdoor balcony.

We were charged in euros rather than sterling, so I incurred an additional foreign transaction fee on my card. Frustrating as it’s a UK stay..
