Trop de bruit .pas d air conditionné

The staff was kind.

Very noisy place. Air-conditioning didn't work in the whole building and the street is very noisy, so opening the windows is a nightmare if you are trying to sleep. The bed box was very dirty, even with dirt and some sort of sand on it. Bathroom lights didn't work in the morning in any room on our floor. The neighborhood is dangerous. Police cars patrol all the time and in the mid of the night there are some sirens. There was a cigarette smell coming from the ventilation in the toilet and bathroom during our whole stay.

Fiyat performans açısından iyiydi. Personel gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.

Konumu merkeze yakındı ancak bulunduğu caddenin pek tekin bir cadde olmadığını düşünüyorum. Otelin polis merkezi tarafındaki caddeye gidilmesini tavsiye etmem.

Le rapport qualité prix et le sérieux et la réactivité du personnel qui as su me trouver une solution à un problème de chauffage ( chauffage sdb ok, chauffage chambre en panne) le réceptionniste m'as remis dans une chambre où ça fonctionnait. Merci beaucoup .

L'environnement de l'hôtel est parfois un peu chaud, ça ne me dérange pas personnellement mais ça peut donner une image négative de l'hôtel. De plus un technicien de maintenance un peu sérieux vous ferait gagner beaucoup de temps et d'argent. ( beaucoup de petites pannes) .

Odalarda su dahil hiçbir şey yok, klima bozuk, terlik bile bırakmamışlar, istediğimde elimizde kalmadı dediler. İstasyona yakın olduğu için sürekli ses geliyor. Komşularımdan biri, sabaha kadar bağıra bağıra konuştu. 3 kez uyardım zor sustu. Velhasıl asla tavsiye etmem.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a 2 minutos andando de la estación norte, y a escasos 10 minutos del centro. Las camas son estupendas.

Poca iluminacion de la habitacion es pesima, y si bien queda cerca de la Estacion de teen, en sector no es bueno, hasta un poco peligroso

Nice hotel. Comfortable and spacious room. Close to the railway-, tram- and bus station. Walking distance to main shopping street and Grand Place. Every day cleaning and changing towels is positive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room was facing the railway station. With open windows the noise from the trains made it impossible to sleep with open windows. (With windows closed; no issue!)

The manager was good allowed to store our luggae and allowed to rest us for some time in the lobby as our bus was deayed in the night

The toulet seat was broken , the toilet was smelling, moistured walls , no heater working

Honestly the only thing saving this hotel is it super super nice staff and the semi good central location— although be careful dont go into the red light district side!!!

No soundproofing, you can hear every other guest around you, chairs moving, weird machine sounds (depending on the location of your room). The cleaning ladies were also super loud just chatting up with one another in the morning fully unaware that its a hotel and people are sleeping!! Also my window in my room was broken and wouldnt close and no body checked this before giving the room away to a new customer. The heating in the bathroom was not always working. At some point the water was cut off but came back a few hours later. Just a clown show honestly

Rien à redire concernant l'hôtel : chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel poli et sympathique, bruits du dehors très assourdis par le double vitrage, petit déjeuner agréable.

Malheureusement une bande d'abrutis logeait dans la chambre juste au dessus de la nôtre. De minuit à une heure ils n'ont fait que hurler et déménager les meubles, puis sont sortis, et ont recommencé dès leur retour à six heures. Les caméras de surveillance installées dans tout l'hôtel m'ont empêché de comettre un quadruple meurtre.

Le personnel était agréable. La chambre spacieuse. La position de l'hôtel idéale.

Contrairement au contrat de vente, le réseau Wifi n'a pas éte accessible de tout le séjour malgré plusieurs aller/retour à la réception. La vétusté des équipements : - Le pommeau de douche fuyait. - Le rideau de la baignoire était sale. - Les prises de courant étaient cassés. - Certains interrupteurs étaient défectueux. - L'éclairage de la chambre était défectueux. - La clef a cessé d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Établissement correct, chambre spacieuse, bon accueil. Emplacement très proche de la Gare du Nord de Bruxelles. Prix raisonnable comparé aux autres hôtels. La présence de voitures de police devant l’hôtel permettait de se sentir un peu en sécurité en dépit du quartier.

Pas assez d’éclairage dans la chambre. L’escalier qu’il faudrait utiliser en cas d’évacuation est très étroit compte tenu du nombre de chambres. Toutefois chaque chambre est correctement munie d’un détecteur de fumée.

Big room, helpful staff.

Not convinced that the room was properly cleaned, it was very dilapidated, the room was looking onto the back of the railway station with dubius characters staying under the bridge. Extremely noisy throughout the night, although the windows block out much of the noise if you can stand having closed windows. Curtains are a joke.

Perfect hotel for a stay in the centre of Brussels Excellent location, a stone's throw from the station and close to all the activities in the centre of Brussels. Hotel well located to visit the city on foot. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Very friendly reception staff.

Hotel es fantástico, trato de personal maravilloso, está en pleno centro, cerca de Renfe, restaurantes, … Muy limpio, camas, sabanas muy cómodos, habitación súper moderna!! Recomiendo 101 por cien!! Calidad muy alta

Quartier bruyant, cet hotel n'as pas été rénové depuis très longtemps. Le prix est trop élevé.

Spacious rooms but that's all. Location is close to Brussels Noord station and this is good.

AC was not working and it was very hot. When you open the window you hear noises from the street. The surroundings seem not very pleasant.
