House was the perfect spot for 3 adults and 4 kids. Easy to get into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park. House was clean and a great setup for a family with young kids.

This cabin was perfect for our girls getaway to Gatlinburg! There are plenty of bathrooms to get ready in and enough beds so most people didn’t have to share a one. The game room, hot tub, and movie room were great amenities—you don’t even have to leave the cabin to have fun! Also the location was great, about 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. And Zack was extremely quick to respond to any messages I sent.

What a wonderful place to stay! The view was spectacular of the mountains during the day and also at night, loved seeing Gatlinburg lit up at night from up so high! Enjoyed watching the trams travel up and down the mountain to Ober Gatlinburg.The house was very clean upon arrival everything worked and was new! Great amount of space for 8 adults and 1 teen. Our new favorite place to stay!

Super nice. All the rooms decorated for Christmas, even the bed rooms. Beautiful tree in the family room. Very clean. Beautiful views, especially of Gatlinburg at night. Boys loved the basement rec room with pool table, game machines and movie room. Spotted bear on last morning about 8am. Would stay here again.

The cabin was great and the views were beautiful. We only had one issue during our stay, and Zack responded quickly and had the problem resolved. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful cabin in a great location (pictures are accurate). Loved that each bedroom had a private bath. Also loved waking up to the breathtaking views. You will not be disappointed. Plenty to do if you decide to stay in and close to downtown Gatlinburg if you decide to go out and explore. Our group will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Gatlinburg!

This is a beautiful cabin! Loved waking up to that gorgeous view! It had everything we needed with plenty of extras like the game room and movie room. Our family enjoyed hanging out at the cabin as much as all the activities there are to do. The host was also quick to respond to any questions. You wont regret staying here!!

The house was beautiful the view was nothing less than spectacular. We saw a lot of bears and Zack was so great to work with. He gave us awesome recommendations for things to do and restaurants to eat. Everyone of his recommendations that we did was spot on. When we come back I will stay at the same house for sure.

We traveled with a group of 9 of all age ranges and everyone loved this house. The game and movie room were perfect when we spent a day in and the cabin was located close to Gatlinberg and other tourist attractions for when we wanted to do something fun. We saw a bear multiple times and absolutely loved the view off the balconies. The hot tub was another favorite amenity with our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, modern cabin with plenty of amenities. The view overlooking the mountains is incredible, so much so that the occasional car passing by on the road would slow to take photos. The inside amenities were all very high quality, and the beds were notably quite comfortable. Zack provided great communication throughout the process; highly recommend staying here!

This was an amazing rental. The views were stunning, and the cabin was perfect! We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own en-suite. Perfect location.
We needed the batteries to be replaced on the front door lock and the property manager was very responsive. He had someone at the property immediately and the situation was resolved.
I would give this property 10 stars if I could.

We had an amazing time here. The cabin is gorgeous and well stocked. We had 7 adults and plenty of room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and downstairs game room and theater. Zack was so easy to communicate with and quickly answered all questions. I would stay here again!

We stayed here on our weekend trip & it was perfect! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub after our 12 mile hike up Mt. LeConte.
Wish I could say we had time to play pool and air hockey but some some did enjoy the movie theater!
Kitchen was perfect for our post hike dinner & breakfast before leaving! Thanks for the great communication & staying in touch before the trip.

We had the best stay with our family of 6. Everything about this place is fantastic. We didn’t want to leave. Those views from the hot tub and decks are incredible. We will always remember our time here and hope to come back. Highly recommend.

We had a blast and will be back for sure! Everything is in good distance and the cabin had enough privacy and amenities to where you don’t have to leave if you choose not too! We loved it and Zack was a wonderful host!

Our Cabin was clean and neat. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The game room was a big hit for all our kids! Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of bath towels in bath rooms. Located close to everything we wanted to do. Would rent again.

We took a group of 10 people for a week in the mountains. It was as good as described. Within minutes of a drive to downtown Gatlinburg, but far enough and up the mountain enough to enjoy the views from the quiet of the home. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen with everything you’ll need, great game room, and beautiful home theater. We enjoyed it and will be back again!

Really nice place. Plenty of space. Loved that there was so much to do in the house for the kids (ours are ages 3-11). They were happy to stay in and watch movies or play games, which was nice considering how bad the traffic is in Gatlinburg. There is a pizza place 5 minutes away that delivers also. Great location. Beautiful view. The only negative is that it’s on a busy road and if you are a light sleeper the traffic noise may bother you. Owner is very responsive if you have any issues. Would definitely stay again.

The cabin was wonderful, it was spacious enough for 10 people. The movie room and the game room were my kids favorite part. The porches were awesome with great views you could look at all day!!!

Overall we had a wonderful family vacation and it was perfect location for everything. The only negative was that the neighbors the first night where quite loud into the early morning hours. But the rest of the stay was amazing. We would return for sure!

We loved our stay! The cabin is beautiful and the views from all three decks are amazing!!! We loved the game room and movie theater. The cabin is perfectly located near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was so fun seeing all the bears in the area. Zack, thanks for being a great host!

Fabulous property. Fantastic views and close proximity to Gatlinberg. It is 15-20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Everything was as advertised. I would definitely stay there again.

Total of 6 adults & 3 children. Enjoyed all facilities especially the hot tub, theater room & game room. Convenient location, definitely will be returning for future trips!

Our Whole Family Loved It
My husband and I and 4 of our children (ages 11-19) enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient, nicely appointed property. We spent time on the decks with our morning coffee, enjoyed a movie in the theater, and had some friendly competition with the games. The cabin is an easy drive into town, and we had a very full 4 days -- including 2 encounters with a black bear! Thanks to Zack for being such a welcoming, communicative host.
