Our friend group of six boys are going on vocation every year, usually to places like Mallorca or Ibiza. This year we went to Crete because we all never been there and because the Corona restrictions weren’t as hard as in Spain. Nonetheless, we all were a little bit skeptical. But oh boy, Crete and especially the Puzzle Residence exceeded ALL our expectations. - The Residence is picture perfect. Nothing to miss and everything you wish for. Seriously the best house we stayed in so far. Enough space for everybody. A spacious kitchen and living room. Every Room has climate control and its own bathroom. The Apartment was cleaned regularly, and linen and towels were changed. Standing out the most was the beautiful outside area. From a huge Pool with a separate area to sit in, a table tennis table to numerous lounges and a huge shaded barbecue area there was nothing to miss. - Crete and the people: We were seriously impressed by the beauty of crete. There is so much to do and see, just ask _______ and he’ll show you the best places. Our favorites were Loutraki Beach and Kourtaliotiko George, but there is so much more to see. Compared to Ibiza everything is super cheap. For example, we rented a 250 PS boat for 4 hours for 200€, Jetskis for 30min were 50€. Even in good restaurants we only paid around 150€ for aperitifs, six meals and numerous bottles of wine. We don’t know if it was because of Corona but everybody was especially nice to us. Drinks and Snacks on the house were no rarity. On one evening we were gifted food and drinks worth 30€. We never experienced something like this before. In conclusion it was one of the best vocations we had together. We are definitely coming back to Crete and Puzzle Residence in the future. 6 of 5 stars would be justified.
