Queste sono due splendide case a schiera nuovissime che condividono un muro. Fai in modo che il tuo gruppo numeroso rimanga con noi e tu possieda l'intera proprietà, entrambe le case! Si tratterebbe di 2 bellissime cucine, 6 camere da letto private ognuna con il proprio bagno privato annesso e due grandi grandi zone soggiorno e pranzo. Ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio letto queen size e smart TV. Ci sono 2 camere da letto al primo piano ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e smart tv. E le 2 camere da letto al secondo piano hanno ciascuna due letti queen size. Quindi ci sono un totale di 6 camere da letto e 8 letti queen size in memory foam, due divani e due materassi ad aria queen size per dormire.

This listing was exactly like the pictures. The area is in the process of being updated with modern homes so there is a lot of construction but has good privacy. One thing to note is that the stairs are steep and don’t have a railing on the top half. Worked great for us because we only had one elderly couple but something to consider if more than a couple folks in your party are elderly or have balance challenges.
Host was great and super responsive! I would totally stay here again.

Booked both townhouses and were able to pass easily from one to the other through the attached yards. Didn’t really do any cooking so can’t vouch for the kitchen. The toaster oven & microwave were great. Beds were comfortable. Blankets in every closet. All four of our cars, including a Suburban, fit in the two garages. Nice! The owner was easy to reach and accommodating.

Very clean and well appointed townhomes. Spacious, roomy, and comfortable for families. The location is excellent; the neighborhood is in transition mixed with lots of new construction and properties being upgraded. Property manager was great.

Pictures do not give this property justice! The space is HUGE and so clean! But not too spacious where it feels empty - it is perfectly furnished and decorated. The beds are so comfy and so are the couches. Location is great - 5-10 min ubers to where ever! We booked this place for my bachelorette and had a total of 11 people - 9 girls and 2 guys. Everyone was extremely satisfied and in awe of how amazing this place is!

When I was looking for an alternative to 5 hotel rooms, that wouldn't cost me our whole budget, this property almost seemed to good to be true. I must say it exceeded all of our expectations.
The townhome was beautifully designed, with a modern interior that instantly made us feel at home. The spacious living areas and bedrooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable.
Each bedroom was well-appointed with comfortable beds and linens, with extra mattresses and blankets in the closets if needed.
The open-concept layout allowed for easy flow between the kitchen, dining area, and the cozy living room, making it perfect for our group of coworkers to cook and watch movies after the conference we were attending. There were board games on both sides of the townhomes we could choose from, making our stay even more memorable laughing at our Scattergories answers.
In addition, the private yard space and balconies off the main suites ensured we could all have our own private work or relax space as well. The convenience of having six bathrooms was also a game-changer.
The location of the townhome was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. We were able to explore the area without any hassle, making the most of our vacation.
In summary, our stay at this 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom townhome was nothing short of exceptional. It was everything we expected and more. I highly recommend this property and its lovely hosts!

Our stay was perfect! Everyone had a bed to sleep in and all the rooms had their own bathroom which was great. It was so clean and spacious and the owners were great and very communicative. It was easy to get in and out and the location was spot on.

We had a convention nearby and the townhome provided a convenient location for us to stay. Having the flexibility to have common areas to meet with all of our students as well as being able to cook and serve meals helped our budget as well. Neighborhood has a ton of construction which begins early and lasts all day, but didn’t really bother us. Overall, well worth the stay for our group.

Awesome Stay
The property was advertised. Even more spacious than expected. Having 2 conjoined properties allows for occupants to step away from others in the party if needed. Never realized the ease of getting ready to hit the city when there are 3 showers available in each unit. Check-in was a breeze. Entry includes a gate and then front door. Access to both garage spaces for those driving in.
There is construction going on around the property, so be aware. But that is almost complete on either side of the property. Even with construction, it wasn’t too loud or disruptive.
Keith was very responsive leading up to our stay and made sure everything was fine upon our occupying the space.
Would recommend to anyone traveling with a large group.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. We stayed in one side and the bridesmaids stayed in the other. It was so spacious and modern. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. On wedding day there was plenty of room for the hair and makeup people. And of course the photographer. Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Dallas.
