Condo was great. Parking not so great, which was to be expected with construction but it didn’t help that worker and Vacasa vehicles were parked in the guest parking even with empty construction spots open. We were afraid to leave for long because people were having to circle like vultures hoping someone would leave so they would get a spot. Couldn’t really enjoy what the area had to offer, but we were told in advance of the problem. Would maybe consider again.

Beautiful condo with very nice layout for four adults, a toddler and one year old. Gorgeous views from the balconies, although furniture on the street/bayside deck would be a nice addition. The beach set up was very nice to have.

This is the perfect place to get into full vacation mode. Spacious and well decorated with a beautiful view.

Place was very clean and spacious. Great view from Balcony. Parking was a problem as all spots were taken on every night. Parking across street sucks. If a third car comes you have to travel 25 minutes to get to parking that has surveillance. who wants to do that. If i rent from an owner why cant I use his/her parking spot in garage?

I'm afraid of heights and even being on the 16th floor and the views from the balcony were great. The condo was clean and had all the furnishings we needed.

We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely be back! The condo was so spacious and so nice with an excellent balcony. We had plenty of room for my myself, my husband and our toddler, as well as my parents and my sister and brother in law. Cannot recommend enough!

The condo was wonderful and immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. It was stocked with a larger supply than most condos with things to get started (soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc) Our only complaint was the very limited beach area for the condo because the beach service sets ups so many chairs and umbrellas. We set our stuff up early and they moved it.

The condo was clean, comfortable and relaxing. My daughter and teen grandsons came with me and we couldn't think of anything we would change. We had very minor issues a coffee pot had a chip out of spout, came away from customer service desk with a new coffee maker. Also reported the smoke detector was beeping for a new battery and as soon as I got back to my unit there was a knock on the door to replace all batteries. Very responsive customer service.

We enjoyed the panoramic views from this spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equipped end unit.

The condo was great. We loved the beautiful views from the balconies. The only con was the south elevator was making awful noises. We were scared to even use it. Hopefully, they will get that fixed soon.

This is the nicest condo that my family and I have ever stayed in. The condo was clean and nicely equipped. The comfortable king size bed in every bedroom, the 3 separate bathrooms, and the wet bar with the ice machine were some of our favorites. The view from the 16th floor was spectacular. We also enjoyed the complementary 2 chairs with umbrella each day at the beach . We would definitely book this same condo again if it is available.

Loved everything about the place - the location, the magnificent view, the beach, the three bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms, all the amenities. A lot of thought went into getting the place comfortable for guests. Much appreciated!

The condo is exactly as advertised and was very clean when we arrived. The condo was plenty spacious for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). The complex was nice and has great beach access.

This condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We were on the end and it was super quiet. Lovely view off the balcony and right on the beach. No long walk to the water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Everyone had their own rooms and baths. The condo was clean and well kept. It was great to have a couple chairs and umbrella on the beach everyday waiting for us. Be sure to reserve them. It’s included with the condo. Two separate balconies was great so our teens could have their own on the back side. I enjoyed the huge, jetted tub in master and the shower was generous also. Separate vanities made it nice getting ready. Parking was a little tight but they offer a parking lot across the street that you need a code to enter. It will be in your check in info. Restaurants and an ice cream shop directly across the street was nice. Upgraded mattresses and linens were noticed. If you plan to cook, bring all spices you will need. We didn’t think about salt/pepper. If you plan to make coffee, don’t forget the filters. Something else I forgot. Central A/C kept up well. The large doors that go out onto the balconies are hard to open for the average person. I actually thought I didn’t know how to unlock them until my husband jerked on it hard. I guess they have some kind of a suction on them which I’m sure is for hurricane standards. Once I learned how to push on the piece that’s in the center of the sliding doors, it made it a lot easier. We would definitely rent again.

We throughly enjoyed our vacation. The check in process was seamless and contactless….actually, the easiest we’ve experienced at this property. The condo (1606) is very spacious and has an outstanding view of the ocean. We loved sitting out and watching the dolphins and listening to the waves crash onto the shore. The table and chairs on the balcony are very nice! The condo itself is mostly up to date and clean (except for the floors - the babies hands and knees were black from crawling on the floor, as well as the adults’ feet. We never did figure out why it was happening because you couldn’t see anything black in the floor. There were some cosmetic issues like the trim off the wall as you walked in and some minor scuffs on the walls (not too bad). The trim was removed and placed with the washer/dryer. It didn’t bother us, but may others. There wasn’t a broom in the condo, but maintenance came to check light bulbs and notified housekeeping to bring one. They did immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with most essentials (absent a cutting board). The local grocery store is only a few miles away and there’s a few places to eat and shop just right across the street. The beach services (two chairs and an umbrella) were set up each morning which was very convenient and nice. There’s only two elevators for this property so on peak days (weekend days, especially Saturday) and at peak times, the wait was long. Parking was much better this time than the last time we stayed here (there is an overflow lot across the street). There’s access codes for the overflow parking, the building (after hours access) and the room. They are all different. It would have been nice to have the same code for all three. Overall, this is a great condo which we will for sure rent again and again.

This place was perfect for our stay!! Very spacious, cozy, and clean. All the cookware you could need and a very large ice machine which came in handy often! We loved having the 2 beach chairs with the option of renting more and the heated pool for the condos was a nice treat! This unit is on the 16th floor which wouldn’t normally be an issue but one of the elevators was down during a part of our stay so there was always a pretty long line to wait for the other. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely be back!

Vacation with kids and grandkids. The room was very nice. We had no complaints and no issues.

Fantastic unit with a wonderful balcony view. There isn't a ton of room on the beach directly in front of the tower, but its a short walk to wide open beach space. Elevators are fast and there are a couple of great restaurants right across the street. I would absolutely come back to this spot!

The condo was very clean, loved not having to check in. Parking was great. Loved pool area and having 2 chairs and umbrella at the beach. My favorite thing was, having a big ice maker!

We had a wonderful stay. My sister-in-law was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and it was her birthday weekend. We came with the expectations of spending time with our family in the condo since my sister-in-laws immune system was compromised . . It was a blast, we had everything we needed to cook in the room. The kids loved swimming in the pool. During the evening we gathered around the dining table for some family fun board games. Thank you for a great weekend!

Our checking in process was a bit awkward due to arrival time. Once inside the unit though the location and outfitting was outstanding! The sunset views were unique! Very pleased with our stay and
definitely plan to come back to this unit!!!

Excellent views and all the equipment we needed for a family week at the beach. Location is excellent across the street from good restaurants and shopping. Easy check in and out.

Nice rental. The ice maker on the bar was added plus with having to fill coolers everyday.
