Very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. They property is was also very well maintained. The staff was constantly cleaning and keeping the pool area clean. Would highly recommend

The property and beach were amazing. The beds were a little squeaky. The ice maker and oven did not work during our stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Positives are the view and being at the corner is nice. Also had enough Space for 9-10. Negatives: beds need updated. Especially the King bed. I’ll need a chiropractor after this week. Furniture is old and Ned’s updated. All in all was a good place to visit. CR

I only wish I could give a 5 star but the kitchen was poorly stocked. I had to request a frying pan because there was not one, no baking dishes, no cutting knives and no bread pan. We did call about the frying pan and they did bring us one but we had to go buy aluminum pans to cook Thanksgiving Dinner in. Towels could also use an upgrade. View and condo amazing but not if you want to prepare meals in it.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, perfect for 5 adults 5 children!!

This four bedroom 3 bath condo fit our family well. 4 bunk beds in one room worked well for kids although they complained that mattresses were not comfortable, and the master bed mattress was disappointing too. Don't sit on the edge or you will fall to the floor. Linens & blankets were good quality, but we were disappointed in the way condo was stocked for our stay - not enough wash cloths or towels. We had a major water leak after a storm dripping from the master bedroom ceiling and although the HOA and management company were quick to try to resolve it, it dripped for a long time. After that, they did bring us plenty of towels. We had one large trash bag, dishwashing detergent for one load, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bath, NO cleaning supplies or scrubber, so had to make an immediate trip to grocery store. I had read other reviews about the toaster not working and owner replied that it worked. The right side does NOT toast, but the left side does work. Washer and dryer, coffee maker and refrigerator worked great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I think other units at the Azure may be a better value. This was our second stay at the Azure. We'll try a different complex next trip.

The condo was spacious and well decorated. The views are outstanding. The complex is well run and clean. Also the pools were great. We enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrellas. I would suggest more silverware as there’s not enough.

Everything was wonderful. Proximity to restaurants, boating marinas, events was super convenient. Beach was awesome. Having chairs/umbrella with room was nice. Everything was great.

Location

We came down with one other family and really enjoyed the location, the beach, and pool area. Very large unit that comfortably fit 4 adults and 7 kids. Great to have washer/dryer in unit. Could use a little more care on fixing things around the place and also 3 of the 4 bunks smelled greatly of pee. The kitchen, outside of plates and cups, is also lacking in some basic utensils for cooking and a toaster that works. Can’t beat the view from the huge patio and the easy walk down to the beach and pool! Would stay here again.

well maintained unit. great location

Good sized unit for our family. Updated bathrooms. we liked the corner unit and the balcony was spacious and liked the furniture out there as well Parking and carrying in items was a little tricky.

This condo is clean and roomy, with great views, and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for a stay.

The property and the on site personnel were all outstanding. The unit was as advertised and the property had every we had hoped for.

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and expected. Location was great. Walking distance from some nice restaurants, ice cream for the kids and mini golf. No problems with the condo, everything was nice.

All 3 bathrooms had mold in the showers. The web page said that the Azure offered a shuttle service to the airport which it didn't. Half the electrical outlets didn't work. Maintenance was quick to respond but they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Maintenance told us that most of the problems we encountered the property owner was more than likely aware of but doesn't want to spend the money to fix them. There was dirt and dust on the floors throughout the condo. The condo didn't have a vacuum cleaner but it did have an old broom but no dust pan. Both of the sliding screen doors were damaged to the point they needed to be replaced. The microwave control panel was barely attached and the coffee pot only worked occasionally. The bed spreads were filthy and one had vomit and blood stains on it. The washing machine wasnt big enough to handle the bed spreads. We had to buy 3 sets of beadspreads. We also killed several cock roaches on the patio. Half the time one side of the condo or the others elevators didn't work. Most of the bathroom towel hooks simply fell out and had to be pushed back into the wall. We have been coming to Okaloosa Island for the last 7 years and our Azure condo was the worst we have ever stayed in. The good points about this condo was it was huge and offered a fantastic view of the gulf. But, if you're going to stay there bring typical home repair tools, bug spray, your own bed spreads and a vacuum cleaner. We will not be renting this condo again.
