I have never had a more responsive host! The host checked in frequently to see if there was anything we needed. Of course, we didn’t need anything because everything was provided, from hand soap, toilet paper and toiletries, sheets/towels to a welcome gift basket of food/champagne for New Year’s Eve celebrating!! The house was immaculate and exactly as portrayed on the website. There are food trucks across the street with amazing tacos and we found it very easy to access downtown, 6th St and all areas. This house is truly a gem, in a safe neighborhood, and I would stay here again in a minute! We hope to return for more fun while visiting Austin family. Legitimately 5 stars all around.

We had a great time here. The backyard was awesome and the host took great care of us. Everything was clean and well maintained.

I can’t say enough great things about the property and the host. The space is close to the city but still very secluded. The rooftop deck and hot tub made for a very relaxing getaway. Any questions I had, Wenjie was only a text away and always replied promptly. I’ve had horrible experiences with other platforms where the listing didn’t match the pictures or the host was unresponsive but this experience changed my mind. If you’re looking for a place in ATX, this is the spot to be!!

There were 3 middle age adults on this trip for a family vacation. The house was immaculately clean, and the host provided all the little things that make your stay easier like trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, plenty of Kuerig coffee, etc. also high end shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The rooftop patio is huge with a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The hot tub was clean and the most fun aspect of the trip. Jenkins BBQ is easily within walking distance and delicious. Overall, I give this home 5+ stars, and we can’t wait to come back !!

The house seems like it was recently renovated. Everything is clean and new and good quality, the kitchen especially. Plenty of places to sit inside and out and the place is comfortable and private. The neighborhood is quiet and, just down the alley, there's a food truck(s) lot with shade and picnic tables and great food. Every place we wanted to visit was a short Uber ride away.

Located near several food trucks and within 7 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. The house was very clean. The owner made our stay easy.

The home was very nice and a good location right by downtown. The host was communicative and offered suggested restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so lucky to have found this place to stay for a week in June. The cleanliness of the property and the owners were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The tv didn't work after one day and the host went and bought a new one the same day for us to have. The outside lounge area on the second floor was perfect for gatherings and the rooftop lounge area was a calm and relaxing escape. The only thing we would change was the weather outside so we could have utilized the hot tub more but it was BEAUTIFUL. We will be back.

Sue was an incredible host and accommodated an early check in for us. She was extremely helpful and the place was perfect. Would definitely recommend her place for anyway visiting Austin!

This property and the host are so great! Lets start with the host (and lets be honest this can make or break an experience) - she was the best, friendliest, most helpful, hospitable host I think I have ever worked with - communication-check; friendly - check; accommodating - check; helpful - check; available - check! So easy to work with and made our time at her property such a great experience! Now let's get to the property! The decks and the hot tub made this so much fun for my teenagers! We loved it - sat out on the top deck overlooking the city and had a wonderful time! The location is also extra special - so close to everything downtown but just far enough away that you don't have to deal with the madness of downtown. Also added bonus is right across the street is the cutest food truck spot! We ordered there and then took it back to the house! Sat in the beautiful court yard and ate dinner! The house is so comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Everything you might want or need thoughtfully considered by the host! There is not one thing that I can't rave about - it has everything! Great host, great property, great amenities, great location, convenient to everything you want to see in Austin - what else can I say but PERFECTION!

We had great weather so we took advantage of the rooftop deck and enormous hot tub. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed!

We loved this property! The hot tub is large and top quality in a private fenced-off and decorative front yard. The interior is modern and excellent, with a kitchen that has everything you could need. Plenty of towels, bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. There are two levels of outdoor patios - on the second floor as well as the roof! Check-in was super simple and the host was super friendly and answered all my questions. We felt very comfortable here. I will definitely be staying here again!

Overall the visit and stay was great! House was great. Description matched nicely. Host was very accommodating with our early arrival to store our bags. The one issue we had was with communication with the host after check in. There was an issue reporter by the host with the security system that it was unplugged. None of us even knew where the security system was and the only way it can be disabled is if it’s turned off manually. Given the detailed description about the security system, I would have expected a call asking about it versus a single message in the app. The host was supposed to pay back $100 since we had 1 less guest than we scheduled to have. The money was never sent back. Overall, I would recommend this place but be cautious keeping things clean and with the security system.

The property was clean and well appointed and within walking distance to downtown Austin sights. Our teens loved the spa, the corn hole game and the nearby food trucks. Great experience and a very helpful property manager.

Our stay was perfection! From the location, to the amenities, to the TWO rooftops, everything was incredible! Communication with the owner was so easy and they were so accommodating! Within walking distance to everything we needed and a very short drive to everything else! The hot tub was so relaxing! Our family cannot wait to stay here again!

We really enjoyed this house nestled in the heart of Austin. Sat on the upper roof top deck last night and enjoyed the beautiful views after relaxing in the spa. We had a blast and look forward to returning soon!

What a beautiful, well-appointed home for our family gathering. The location can’t be beat — we especially loved the little park with food trucks near by! Close to UT, downtown, the capital. Our host was excellent at communication, the house spotless, the beds were comfy and the towels plush. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Austin.

Had a great time staying at the house. Amazing location near UT, 6th St! The house for perfect for myself a few friends. It was clean and has all the amenities. Had plenty of parking in the garage, driveway and front. The 2 balconies provide a nice view of downtown Austin and surrounding neighborhood. The host, Weijin, was very responsive and checked in if we needed anything! Would definitely stay next time when I return!

Clean modern house with awesome roof deck in a location close to East Austin restaurants and bars. Host was very responsive and helpful; he let us check in early and stash our luggage after checkout.

I rent through VRBO approximately 3-4 times per year and I can say that this was the very best communication from any owner that I have ever dealt with. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone considering visiting Austin. The location is close downtown and there is even a food truck park within walking distance. (Had some of the best taco's ever there). Bottom line....great property, great owner, great communication and great location. You cannot go wrong!
