Check in was easy enough. The location is of course great only steps to the beach! We all loved the pool and the condo was basically as pictured with the exception of it needing a fresh coat of paint and a few tiny minor things here and there. I was surprised there wasn't more kitchen utensils but we made great use of the blender ( margaritas 😁) The building was pretty quiet, with the exception of the stairway door that is very loud and everyone was friendly. The owner/manager was very easy to get a hold of but I was surprised on our second morning with 4 1/2 days left and we were OUT of toilet paper he only brought 2 rolls for 8 people. Save urself the call and buy toilet paper it's pretty cheap toilet paper anyway. Upon arrival there was no soap anywhere so when he brought toilet paper he brought Dish soap. There was NO hand soap, bathing soap or hair essentials provided. There was also only 5 wash clothes provided for 8 people on a 6 day stay but plenty of towels. They pull out couch definitely needs replace as the bed is very uncomfortable but the other bed are just fine. The patio is awesome we probably the most comfortable chairs on any patio in the building Sadly I didn't get the opportunity to use the jets in the master tub 😞 Over all for the money I was very pleased with our stay and would book again!

Our family had a wonderful 5 days at the beach. The location was perfect with a great balcony view and easy access to the beach. The property manager seemed very kind and responded quickly when we called for check-in information. The only complaint we would have is the cleanliness for this property. There were stained sheets and towels that had blood stains and some that were barely towels anymore, they looked shredded. The floors also didn't seem to have been cleaned at all. Personally, I would bring with you your own bedding, bath towels, and cleaning supplies to have a comfortable stay.

The location was second to none. Simply ideal for a family vacation. The unit was useful and had the bare amenities. The kitchen supplies that were available (not many) very dated and should be updated. I suggest you look at them before going shopping so you can adjust meals to what is provided. Based on other reviews, we brought our own linens - which proved to be great advice. The cable did not work (we just tried it - no intention on using it). Internet available was from the property next door. A Tropical Storm rolled through one morning and the window in the master bedroom leaked - a lot. Pots and towels had to be changed out frequently to capture the water. I notified the property manager and he stated this was normal (hmm). The last day the AC unit did not work. Again notified the property manager and he informed me to turn off for an hour and turn back on. Did this, and it didn't work. He stated the unit was serviced over a month ago and that a company would come out and see it (without giving me a time on when they would come). I checked the AC filter in the closet and it looked like it had not been changed in 1 year (I have pictures). My suggestion is to get another AC company to service the unit or make sure it was actually serviced. Parking is a little difficult, especially because people who don't reside in the unit and just want to visit the beach, park in the Crescent's lot. Be aware. Despite the aforementioned issues with the unit, the location made up for the disappointments, thereby providing three stars.

The property was at a great location for family fun. Kitchen could use more/better pots and pans. We did have some toilet issues but they were resolved for the most part promptly by the owner. A lot of hair in the drain of the master shower that should have been cleaned out before our stay. Shower curtain was moldy and needed replaced. When you're on vacation little things like that are important especially when spending $1700 for your stay. Access to the beach was fantastic! Pool was nice. I would go back and hope that the things I mentioned will always be checked by the cleaning staff before any new family arrives

While the location is amazing! What beachfront LOCATION isn't great? This place needs some serious updating. When we arrived at first glance it was nice. The bedroom with the double beds wreaked of urine. It was disgusting! My 6 yr had to sleep in bed with her dad and I along with my 4 month on baby for 7 days. I sprayed that room over and over with Clorox fabric spray and Febreeze but the smell kept coming back. I recommend new mattresses for all of the rooms, they were all very loud and uncomfortable. The master bath had a thick layer of black mold around the tub faucet, in the jets, and on the shower curtain. I had to spray it down with Clorox it was DISGUSTING. On top of that the water went down VERY slowly, the tub literally filled up while you tired to shower. I recommend bringing your own bed sheets along with towels. The rags and towels were ripped and had stains on them. We also noticed that the lock on the front door didn't always lock. Thankfully the building seemed safe so we didn't have to worry about someone entering when we left for the day. It was simple things that made this stay uncomfortable. It's not hard to replace a simple Walmart shower curtain! It's so noticeable! I visit Myrtle Beach 1-2 times a yr and I definitely will just continue to stay in hotels or make sure a unit is more up-to-date for my family.

Bring your own cleaning supplies and towels. Great location and unit. Just needs a professional cleaning and better linens.

Condo was okay. Building is old in places. Condo was dirty and dusty. Left it way cleaner then when we got there. Really affordable. Need more cooking utensils and pans. We made do. Would recommend just wish was a little cleaner.

Older building and smaller which we prefer. Unit is on first floor so easy access with stairs or elevator. Pictures pretty accurate. Unit has been refurbished. Also, unit very quiet, did not hear anyone above or to the side of us. Michael is property manager and was very responsive to our requests. The view from balcony is awesome and access to the beach is just steps away. Pool looks nice but too cold to try. Building seems to have several permanent residents so would expect the place to be quiet, in a good way, most of the time. As mentioned earlier, this is an older building and unit so there are some signs of aging and use but nothing to deter from the trip. We will return.
