Clean and simple room! Quiet and peaceful in the evening. Check-in process was smooth and the staff are super accommodating.

Some electrical outlets didn’t work

Room size and bed size was good, bathroom was decent Owners at the Front desk were friendly, helpful and nice! I had to request a delay in checkout by 1 hour and they agreed for free

I stayed at Pasadena Lodge for two single nights, three days apart. I liked the reasonable pricing and the condition of my room (the same room both times). The room and its bathroom were in very good condition and very clean, spacious, and everything worked well. There were electrical outlets everywhere I needed them, and there was a refrigerator. The air conditioner was effective, clean, and not too noisy. The free wifi didn't work well during my first visit, but very well during the second visit. I will book Pasadena Lodge again for my next visits.

My room was much better inside than the general place looked from the outside. I think some updates of the exterior would help to attract more guests.

There was no breakfast

I found some dead bed bugs and stains on the side of the bed and the couch has stains very dirty and stuffy. There was no window to see from outside as it looked very closed in. When I checked out the ringer was not working. Had to wait for the manager 15 minutes to give the card key back as I had to call the number of the motel for her to come to the counter.

The room was pretty dirty (walls, floors, etc), there was no window in our room (against fire code??) and could hear other guests through the walls

Bathroom was modern and the water was hot and pressure great Family managing it was friendly and helpful! I'd stay again.

When I got to the motel I was asked to prepay for all 3 nights. Later I probably understood why. The first room smelled of moody and even had mold stains on the ceiling. I asked to change the room and got the next one in the corridor. 2nd room smelled mildew too, but not as strong. I don't like to call it "it smelled acceptable" when we talk about fungus, but I was so tired (9 hours of jet lag and all day driving to LA) and just wanted to end the day, but...I couldn't sleep - I heard the street! Literally... I even checked the window to see if there was any glass pane missing. And then I saw why. The distance from the door to the frame was about 1 cm wide. You could almost stick your finger in there! I complained about this to the reception early in the morning and they offered me the room with no window in the corner. It was about 10 meters from my second room but also 10 meters from the street. In theory it should be quieter. 3rd room smelled mildew too. Something between 1st and 2nd room. But it had the same problem with the door, so I wouldn't believe it's much quieter. Later, while dinning, I started to fink about last night and the night ahead and started to think how to fix it. So, I broke my dinner and drove to the next "Home Depot" and bought 5 meters of insulation tape for windows. When I was back in the motel, I asked the front desk for some scissors (Big Up!) and pasted this insulation into that space. And you know guys, from now this insulation tape will be in my bag wherever I travel! XD P.S. Just forgot to tell. The corner room had different type of A/C. It couldn't cool, but it watered the floor on the distance of a meter!
