Location and the view were great.

Very dated...lack some basic stuff like a towel bar, toilet paper holder and shower head holder. If you want to take a shower, you have to use one hand to hold the shower head. Also, the internet didn't work on arrival, and when we contacted the property, we were told they will come the next morning to replace the device...no ene ever come and my additional messages were left unanswered.

Excelent location. May be the best possible access point for seven hanging valleys trail and excursions to Benagil caves.

The hotel is old and not maintained. We got wrong room (two beds advertised as 2+2), bedroom AC was not working.

Don't trust the photos!!! They gave us a wrong room without sea view as paid for. Mold everywhere, all air-conditioning did not work, only one mini heater, when asked for one extra never received, very cold. dirty towels and bed sheets. Bad smell all over the building. Poor tap water strength.

property is very tired, dirty microwave & cooker, bathroom toilet not fixed down. illegal electric fire , one towel each for 8 days .coffee table broken, hole in lounge door, bed no blankets & a flat pillow, never saw a maid so no clean sheets or towels did have hot water

the whole stay. I don’t believe they have a license to rent out , no fire extinguisher, no first aid kit , No complaint book

Perfect location for families. Access beach from first floor. The best beach in Algarve. O Stop food and bar next to beach. Supermarket 5 min walk. Hike starts next to parking. When you enter Edificio Colina , you are on 9 th floor, so you need to go down 1!! .Beautiful views. We did not need to use air con, as it cools at night and sun only falls directly 2 hours. Big flat. Suitable for 4. Has two tables in terrace. Quiet at night, you only hear the waves. Note that yoy have to call owner ( I used whatsapp) for him to open parking door. It is the building policy, Joao was always answering , so it was perfect . You can also park outside. It is safe and free.

Please consider that the owner is in the process of refurbishing, and improves things continously. Shower was clogged, we used shower in bath. No washing machine.Wardrobes without drawers but for the price you cant complain. I would repeat. Note that you need blue magnet key for accessing from outside, and there is only 1.

The view of the sea was lovely. Apartment had multiple fans, fridge, kettle, towels,shower so everything needed for a basic stay for a day or two. The cliff top walk nearby was lovely too.

Air conditioning did not work in the bedroom so we ended up moving mattresses into the living room and sleeping there so cannot comment on the bedrooms. The building was fine to locate but the instructions on the keybox to use were unclear and we had to use the photos instead. Communication was good for the first message or two but then stopped until we had already left the apartment. Facilities were basic (one mug in the apartment so we shared it for coffee) Location wise is great for the beach but a taxi ride away from most of the restaurant activity and unfortunately taxis are hard to get at the moment. Internet was very slow so we just ended up using phones when needed. Apartment needs some attention including the plugs. No written information provided anywhere within the apartment.

The building is right next to the beach Vale de Centeanes. We had a lovely view to the sea from our Appartement. The Appartement had a spacious living room/kitchen area, a nice bedroom and a tiny bathroom and tiny balcony. Right after the booking, we got a welcoming message explaining some details about check-in and check-out, although there was some useful Information missing (how the private area parking works, Equipment of the kitchen, check-out time), so some calls and messages were needed.

As the building is huge (11 floors), so we thought there would be a person at the reception, but there wasn‘t. (Maybe due to off season?). Some Written Information inside the Appartement would have been useful (eg. Wifi codes…), so we had to do calls and write messages to get Information. The wifi code that was handed over after asking for it, didn‘t work at all. We found out that in the (unoccupied) reception area there was wifi, even though it was kind of uncomfortable for us, as the area was 2 floors away from the Appartement. On the pictures of the kitchen we could see a coffee maker (filter machine), so we bought this kind of coffee before arriving. Upon arrival, there was just a coffee maker with capsules, which was useless for us. We called and asked for the filter machine we saw, the guy said he would bring it, but he never did. that was disappointing. On the tiny balcony there were two machines for the air condition squeezed in, so there was very few place to sit for the two of us. Also a grill was squeezed next to the machine. I was asking myself how to grill on this tiny balcony, maybe if you remove the table and chairs…. I think it’s not a good idea to try to “upgrade” a place with things that in the end cannot be used due to lack of space.
