Excellent check in system, very easy. Perfect location to be walking around to almost every top 10 spot in London. Very comfortable apartment.

The distance between the mattress and the ceiling is a bit tight, but a good rest is possible.

The location is great and the owner seems to be ready to help. The kettle wasn't working and they replaced it really fast. The fridge is really big and works great. The couch was okay and the internet was okay. If we disregard the too cluttered apartment, it was clean.

The apartment is too cluttered. The bedroom has a really low ceiling (you have to crawl to the bed, which is actually just a mattress without a bed frame). There are no real closets with shelves. The kitchen is very poorly equiped with only one pot and no pans. There is no kitchen table and there is only one chair. It seems like the apartment is used a storage for stuff that wasn't necessary anymore.

Very comfortable stay at this place. Quiet and residential with lots of nice restaurants near by. The key box was broken or jammed so we could not open it, but they responded when I called the number and someone was there to let us in within 15 minutes. The box was fixed during our stay. They handled it very well. The kitchen has a good fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. Bathroom nice with bathtub and shower.

There is a small kitchen, but hardly useful for cooking at all. A water boiler but no coffee maker (they don't say that there is one either, so you have to figure out your coffee yourself). No kitchen table or dining table, so you have to have your breakfast on the sofa, if you are eating breakfast in the house.
