Nice property reasonably good location. Problem trying to get in the main gate as the instructions aren’t very clear.

Really nice apartment, everything was great!

For a short-term stay, this apartment provided everything that we needed, and more. It was, for example, the only property we stayed in on our holiday, out of four, that provided a washing machine and iron. We never met the owner but he responded quickly by email when a potential problem arose over cycle storage, supporting the position we had adopted, which was exactly what we needed.

Nothing. This was good value for money.

Very nice unit, with everything required for a short, comfortable stay. Easy check-in and chek-out,with an organised hosts who sent very clear instructions well before arrival. Spotless (rare to find in France!). Very well priced for what you get. Very near to Fontainebleau. We would stay there again and recommend it.

Probably a bit too tight for a longer stay

Very good appartment for the size and the price. The balcony was a big plus.

Bedding cleanliness.

Good stove and oven, little balcony with chairs and table and functioning washing machine including detergent. Coffee maker, everything was clean.

Rather small. When the couch turned bed, it was hard to move around at all. No supermarket close by.

Owner was flexible and we were able to reach him via telephone when we encountered problems with getting into the residential area which was closed by the gate. Kitchenette is handy and quite good equipped for a simple cooking and a short stay.

It was a bit a “treasure hunt” for us, to get into the residence. We got an email with a rough description, however it was not plausible for us which gate to use and how to use the intercom to communicate with the owner to open the gate. It maybe be clear for French citizens but it can be confusing for foreigners, who are not used to French customs. A cleanness level of the place could be higher. We better used our own sleeping bags.
