Brilliant location with a superb view of the ocean especially for those gorgeous sunrises. Caravan is well equipped and everything worked. The seating area cushions and carpets really need a deep clean to remove stains etc. Haven play passes are very expensive if you only want to go for a couple of swims at £27 per head - there is no option just to pay for what you would like to do. Good holiday and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

The property was ok, quite comfortable and was ok for a short break

It was tired and grubby, needed some tlc. The paving area immediately outside the property was very safe, needs better paving

Beach access was just a few minutes walk and papa john’s pizza excellent.

Clean environment and the restaurants excellent

We were pleased with how everything is operating safely on the site in this current climate and felt safe during our stay at Devon Cliffs.

Vacuum didn’t work but other than that struggling to identify anything negative

Caravan was really clean and had everything we needed and more. Nigel was an amazing host keeping us up to date with information every step of the way. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!!!

Not cleaned to a good standard.

Everything was booked

Bed were very comfy, good having 2 toilets nice furniture and lay out beautiful view just few things let it down

Had to clean the pots as dirty in cupboard and clean draws out bits of food in draws abit dusty on remotes and sides no toilet roll when arrived no baking trays, cloths or welcome pack. Just need to stock up and welcome pack on how things work in van and abit more up to date clear out.

The furniture uncomfortable seemed to be no covid cleaning reassurance cupboard door hanging off ,had to phone owner for code to enter caravan key was in a box under the steps not secured to prperty

Staying at Havens Devon Cliffs. Sandy Bay and Exmouth beaches. The World of Country life amusement centre. The Haven stores and shop and the craft Market on Sunday.

A bit too hilly for me, but got used to it by the end of the week. More explanation regarding wi fi by the Haven staff would have been good. I couldn't check in as had no signal.
