very clean and nice property

The temperature on the fourth floor was ridiculously hot. The air conditioner in my room ran constantly to keep up with ut. It was also warm in the gym, so I only used it once during my stay.

cleanliness, ease of checkin and check out, quiet and comfortable. very easy to get to my destination from there and was close and available when needed.

indoor pool meant voices echo loudly and the water was COLD! maybe try heating it a little? still went swimming though, as long as I kept moving haha

The young lady working the desk at night, was rude, lazy and displayed absolutely no customer service/hospitality until I challenged her because I wasn’t accepting her laziness, her rudeness or her lack of motivation to do her job. She should get a job at the tingling circus because she represented your location like a clown.

I liked the room itself, and the overall location. It was nice and quiet

A staff member came into my room while I was changing, within my booking time frame. Staff wasn’t very helpful and I have been trying to reach the manager to talk about this issue and I still haven’t heard back. Very awful service.

cold non heated indoor pool, breakfast ends at 9am every day- even Sundays. We went down at 9.05 and no more breakfast possible. Gram’s kitchen down the road is great though!!!!

Modern facility and the breakfast was acceptable, even though I would have run breakfast until 10AM, not 9AM

There was noise from next door. It wasn't bad, but you would think they could have built a MODERN HOTEL with more soundproofing.

All meat was VERY GREASY.

Staff was slow to check us in and not so friendly
