The price was high

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The beds are relaxing and the breakfast too was sumptuous with a good spread.

Easy access and close to both blue springs and Ponce de Leon springs

The refrigerator in our room did not work nor did the exhaust fan in the bathroom

The location was close to Stetson university.

When we first arrived my daughter took a nap while my other child and I went to get food. When we returned, she was covered in bites on her right arm and hand. When girl staff was notified they initially tried to deny the marks on my daughter looked like bites but gave us quarters for laundry "incase". They moved us to a different room and we washed every thing that entered the hotel room with us. She did not developed further bites after we moved rooms. On 8/21 MG Nicole called us to say the room inspection came back clean, which I know can't be true since she was wearing no sleeves and wasn't bit up before she took a nap, and offered no resolution to make up for the terrible stay. She even took an accusatory tone like we she entered the facility already bitten. I've contacted corporate already and they will be investigating. I will never stay ast this location again.

Very clean and quiet I mean the staff was attentive during the GREAT breakfast hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I had the king studio I would have been nice to have jacuzzi tub🤷‍♀️

My hubby and I chose Hampton inn great location in deland due to we both don't drive.So being close to places to shop,eat ,and take transit bus service votran bus was important .it's just nice to have a nice clean hotel and friendly atmosphere is always nice. Rooms were cleaned always got trash out and towels every morning was a plus

The breakfast. Issues I have dairy issues and the milk wasn't lactose free milk For future add dairy free milk for guest with dairy issues. The meats The sausage taste to porky The bacon to greasy but good The eggs western omelets had cheese so I couldn't eat them and they looked good. The milk please for the future add lactose free for guest who can't have dairy products The juices were ok only issues is I can't do orange juice and cranberry juice was om Future please add fruit punch or something.

The location was easy to find. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The rooms are small, I'm disabled with a power scooter. We had to take it apart to store it under a table.Toilets are very low. Tv small. Tv remote had dried boogers on it.There were water stains in the bathroom. The floor was not clean in the bathroom. We were put on the top floor. The rooms were the employees usually stay.Only 1 elevator was working and moving slow.I was never greated on the way in or out.

Staff were always so pleasant everywhere we turned. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was easy to find and was in a nice little area.
