The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom ok.
The room was so small that you literally had to step on your bags to get in and out of bed. It felt pretty much like a prison cell because of the tiny size and lack of any windows. There isn’t even a hook in the room to hang your clothes. While the hotel is in the American zone, so it feels safe, they didn’t mention that you have to ask them to send you a QR code so the guards at the gate let you into the compound; luckily our taxi driver managed to call the hotel and have them send him the QR code. We asked if we could have any dinner and were offered burgers; when we said we’d go to the restaurant they said no, they’d bring the food to the room. So you have to sit in this tiny, cramped, windowless room on your bed to eat a bland burger out of a styrofoam container. It’s still not clear to us whether there actually is a restaurant on the premises. We would never stay there again.

No es un hotel, lo venden como hotel pero no es hotel, a uno le alquilan una habitación de una casa, y pueden haber otras personas hospedadas en el mismo espacio. La entrada es muy remota, toca caminar mucho y el anfitrión debe enviar un código especial para acceder a las residencias, sin embargo no lo envio de forma previa.

Funktioniert hat der Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen. Der externe Dienstleister war perfekt und nett.
Bad und Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Bettwäsche war mehr als defizitär. Im Kühlschrank lag altes Essen von Vormietern. Dreckige Gläser, kein Besteck. Das bestellbare und gelieferte Abebdessen war in Styropor mit Plastikgabel, obwohl es die Wirtin direkt daneben zubereitet hat. Niveau: Schlechtes Fastfood.
Während des Essens störten auch noch zwei Männer. Früh um 2 Uhr kamen neue Gäste, die sehr laut waren.

George, the guy who runs it, was really helpful and friendly. He helped us out with transport from the airport and to the bus terminal the next day. The room had aircon which we loved.

The owner was really nice
I booked a room at WeHotel, however I was brought to Hostal Betlehem instead to spend the night. I was charged more than it was stated at booking.com and they wanted to charge me 20 dollars for the Airport transfer. After showing a message where Half the price was stated, the issue was resolved, but it left a weird feeling.

When I got there they turned me away and I didn’t even get to stay in my room. I never set foot inside and the front desk clerk was very rude. Saying that it was not his problem. He wouldn’t even acknowledge that I had a reservation even though I had a confirmation that I did. He turned me away in the middle of the night. Leaving me stranded looking for elsewhere to stay last minute.

Nothing positive
Before arrival we had booked transportation through the “hotel”. They confirmed the time of the pick up from the bus service, however after enduring an 8hr bus journey, the pick up arrived 50 mins late. We called WE several times during the delay and did not even receive an apology for this. The room itself was very dingy, there was a bad smell, the bathroom was not clean, the shower was a dripping pipe that sprayed out in all directions which flooded the rest of the bathroom. The sheets and pillows were clearly very cheap quality. In addition to all this, there was extremely loud music played all night affecting our sleep. Definitely not a pleasant stay.

Very lovely couple managing the property, super helpful and also good food.
Definitely recommended for transitory stays in SPS that need easy access to airport!
my only qualm is they use styrofoam to serve the food, that creates too much 1 use waste
