The house had plenty of room. Conveniently located to stores and some restaurants. Happy with the property.

This little house packs a big punch. It may look small on the outside but it has plenty of room on the inside. We had seven adults, one child, and two dogs staying here and it never felt cramped. The kitchen was well stocked even though we brought a ton with us. The only note about the house and it is not a bad thing, I just think it should be noted, there are a lot of little step downs and step ups in this house. While it is one story there may be an inch or two step up or down between rooms. Just something to be aware of. The location is great. I personally don't like staying right in the middle of everything and this is not. But it is still super close to all the things you would want to do in Chattanooga or even right over the border in Georgia. The house is on a busy street but there are two ways to get in and out of it. Plenty of parking. The back yard had a great size. I thought everything was clean and my family and I had a great stay.

This house is adorable. Very clean, well stocked and the owner has everything labeled as far as light switches, cabinets, etc. There was a huge chalkboard with restaurant recommendations and a list of things to do. There were also a bunch of phamplets for things to do. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a pet friendly fenced yard and enough parking for our family. Location was about 10-15 minutes from the Tenn river, the historic district, lookout mountain. We had a great time at the Paddleboard House and would definitely rent it again next time we are coming to Chattanooga! Thank you for helping us have an enjoyable long weekend! Wish we had stayed longer!

Very clean and very enjoyable!

We were in town for a dance competition and it was convenient for our family and a plus to get to bring our dog.

We came down to visit my niece who attends college in Chattanooga and she and her boyfriend wound up staying with us since there was enough room. We loved the house and it was even bigger than it appears in pictures... had the "homey" feeling soon as we walked in. Nice and clean and rooms were all nice sized and loved how open it was for entertaining. We really loved the chalkboard with restaurant suggestions and things to do listed on it... a nice touch! Nice fenced in backyard for the pup(s) to run. Quick/easy access to the interstate and centrally located... numerous great restaurants nearby (loved Portofino's!). Had such a great time at Rock City Gardens and Incline Railway was definitely interesting! No complaints and would definitely recommend! Only thing my daughter and niece mentioned it needed was a full length mirror :) Thank you for opening your home to us and if we return again, we would most certainly stay here! Happy Holidays!

Conveniently located off highway. Well decorated home w comfortable sofa and beds. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of space for 6 adults to have privacy as well as togetherness. Everyone was happy with the house.

This house worked out great while we were staying for a dance Competition at the convention center. It’s just 10 min from downtown. It was the cleanest house we have statues in with VRBO! Kudos to the cleaning staff.

The property was great. A bit cold for us to spend a lot of time outside but a few of us huddled around the fire pit bedrooms were comfy and the living room was where we gathered

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed visiting Chattanooga.

House is larger than it appears. Plenty of space for our large group to enjoy meals and play board games and enjoy each other's company.

From start to finish this place is a nightmare. The smell of mold (and ammonia)when you walk in is overwhelming. I was certain there was a rotting cat box hiding somewhere. Holes EVERYWHERE throughout the home. Massive holes packed with paper towels through the house, holes in flooring, broken counter tops….the list is absolutely endless. Air vents stuffed with dryer sheets to mask the smell. And COCKROACHES…..the status is this home is a disgrace and neither the owner or VRBO would give us any money back. I was traveling with my elderly mother in law and two small children. This home is a health hazard….we had to leave on the second day when cockroaches stormed the kitchen. If only VRBO would allow me to post the real photos of this place. BROKEN TOILETS, a water heater that is leaking all over the laundry room and major leaks in walls that have been painted over to hide the leaks. Dishes and cookware that still had old food on them. Mold in the showers!!I have 3 case numbers against this owner and VRBO does not stand by their name. DO NOT BOOK HERE. BUYER BEWARE!! I am out thousands of dollars due to this scam artist.

This property had everything we needed. We are a large family, so seating is imperative for us all. We had no issues at all. Plenty of towels and extra sheets if needed. The kids even had a playroom. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super nice and we really enjoyed cooking out and sitting by fire pit. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was warm, vibrate and adorable all in on. We enjoyed our comfortable stay. We hope to stay again. This was one of our good stay....no overwhelming demands.

We stayed in the Paddleboard House to visit family in the Chattanooga area. It is in a really good location for getting around Chattanooga and the surrounding area with ease. Instacart delivers here (which we did) and there are also numerous stores nearby for any food or supplies needed for your stay. My husband, myself, and our two teenagers really enjoyed the house. It has a great layout for groups or families bc there are 4 bedrooms that are spaced out on opposite corners of the house with PLENTY of living/hangout space in between. The living room has a huge, comfy couch for movie nights. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for basic cooking on vacation. The neighbors are friendly. Overall, this is a casual/lived in home & we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything that we needed while attending a football tournament. The backyard was a plus to keep the kids active and entertained. Thank you!

The home was beautiful but seemed to be meant more for younger folks. We are in our 50's. Needs a few minor repairs. The steps to the back yard were loose and no hand rail made it dangerous. Figuring out the TV was tricky. There are a lot of AP's loaded to the home page most of which are dead ends and the remote barely worked making navigation frustrating.

This house was in the perfect location. It was close to the park so we were able to go back and forth between games easily. It was also close to downtown so we were able to enjoy the restaurants there.

Mark allowed us to Check in a little bit early. When we approach the door we saw lots of cigarette buds near the drive way. When we opened the door we were met with the smell of mold. After exploring the house we went out back and saw dozens more cigarette buds all over back steps and sitting areas. We found 2 marijuana joints too! The dishes in Cabinets had food residue on them Which then we found the mold source, it was in most of the kitchen cabinets. When we’d take showers a strong smell of sewage spreads all through out the house! It was disgusting trying to sleep in that odor. We checked the air vents for the smell. In one vent you can see straight to the ground! The smell mysteriously goes away in a few hours. This house is so cute and spacious but the smells and cleanliness is a health hazard. Also the kitchen stove isn’t in 100% in working order. Both grills need to be deep scrubbed. You can definitely tell someone lives here full time as their stuff was shoved in draws and closets even had a used loofa hanging in the shower.
