We had a great time at this place and the management was responsive. It's not a fancy place but was great for us with the kids and grandkids. We played in the snow and went sledding and skiing . It snowed more than a foot one night and they had no snow shovels. We were told when we called that they don't provide them as they might walk away. That seems ridiculous as so could the toaster and the silverware. They called a plow for us which was super nice, but if you rent in the winter, bring your own shovel. We brought lots of wood and used the fireplace a lot. They provide one day or so worth of wood. The game room is rustic and heated with wood. The yard was big enough for the kids to run around and play in. The design is a bit chopped up. You can tell there were a few additions added over the years. It was nice to have a laundry machine. They don't supply a lot of soap but we went to the office and they gladly supplies us with more. We would stay there again. We had a great time.

Very roomie clean and comfortable only one thing missing was playing cards or Uno cards.

we did not have any kitchen towels or dish cloths. I called and 1 towel was delivered. I feel like the bed linens should be replaced. Oher than that we had a great time.

There was plenty of room for 11 of us. We enjoyed spending each night sitting around the large living room together. There was somewhat weird handling/communication in terms of us checking in late. In terms of the house, the only things we noticed were that there were very few logs to build a fire (only about 4 logs in total for our entire weekend stay), and it was colder in some areas of the house as if the heat went out there. The game room also didn't have much in it besides the foosball and pool table, but we didn't go in there anyways so it wasn't a big deal. Overall a nice big house with enough supplies for a large group and an easy drive to the ski park! Thank you!

There was plenty of room for our large group. Great area, easy walk to explore the town and a short drive to explore trails and lakes.

Took a group of teens skiing and snowboarding. Perfect location. We all had a great time!

Great mountain cabin for a big group. There was enough wood to keep the fireplace burning the whole week.

Sargent’s Hacienda is gorgeous, located right in downtown and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our time here!! Highly recommend coffee on the porch for hours just taking in the view.

We were very pleased with our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone and the amenities were taken care of. The beds were so cozy and warm. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an 80th birthday party for my husband, a surprise. Our entire small family gathered in Greer for 3 nights and 4 days. The cabin had 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen had everything we needed as two of my cousins are chefs. The lovely front porch was awesome. We had the most fun watching the hummingbirds. There was a game cabin in back that had all sorts of games to play. If we have another family time, I know we would definitely rent this cabin again. My husband and I usually rent a smaller cabin up here once a year, so we will be coming back.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Sargents Hacienda. The cabin was spacious, with all the comforts of home. The large property with a game room was my grandkids favorite spot. All though the weather did not cooperate with our outdoor plans, we had much needed family time in front of the fireplace playing cards and board games. We even made Smores! Absolutely perfect for our large family! Great place for the grand kids. Fun game cabin and lots of room to run and play. Horseshoes in the late afternoon was great adult fun! BBQ-ing on the front porch, walking to the creek, nice fire, waking up to elk in our front yard, and enough bedrooms for everybody with cozy beds! We shall return!

Just had a wonderful ladies retreat at this great cabin. The large living, dining, kitchen area was very comfortable for our Ladies Bible Study group. A beautiful location in the middle of "downtown Greer". Our group enjoyed peaceful walks in this pristine little community. The large front deck looks out onto the Greer meadow and mountainside beyond. Fully equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Our second year to use this great cabin, and we hope to stay there again next year!

Not for sure which was better - the location or the cabin. The cabin was outfitted with everything needed for two families. The large open den, dining, and kitchen created great evenings with family and friends. Morning coffee while watching the elk from the front porch. The drives wondering if we would see more elk, turkey, antelope, or mule deer. Sunrise Resort only 15 minutes away. Definitely a perfect place on our list!! Only thing needed was another week of vacation.

First time we stayed at Sargent's Hacienda over President's Day weekend. Overall the place was great, plenty of room (5 bedrooms), the master is en suite and has its own fireplace. Kitchen has big dining table and living room is plenty big with 3 couches. The separate cabin aka gameroom is aweome for those gamers that like to make noise and keep it seperate from the house. Love the huge front porch with swing and walking distance from Molly Butler's too. My only wish is that it was stocked with dishwasher detergent and kleenex, otherwise a great time had by all!

A group of ladies from Tucson, stayed for two days at Seargents Cabin. Upon arrival we were plesantly surprised to find everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. The cabin was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were comfy maytresses wuth high end bedding. We loved the large front porch with plenty of seating. Grill was easy to use and we could walk into town. We will be back next year.

This was our first experience at the Hacienda. My family really enjoyed it, they loved how big it was with each getting there own space!! I felt right at home in the kitchen, there was everything I could have needed for cooking for hungry fishermen!! We all loved the front covered porch and played lots of games at the little table. The little kids loved swinging on the porch swing. My sons liked that it was near the Greer lakes where they spent lots of time fishing. The cabin had an outside hose where they cleaned the trout as soon as they got home. I had all the pans and dishes I needed for frying them up. Fresh fish are the BEST!! The cabin was clean and well maintained. We will be back hopefully next year. Thanks Jay for sharing your cabin with others!

This was our first visit to Greer, we had a great time and look forward to more visits in the future. Sargents Hacienda was the perfect cabin for our family. We had plenty of space for everyone; and it was a safe environment for the young children that were with us.

This was our first visit to Sargent's Hacienda and we definitely plan to return. The cabin was clean, the beds comfortable, the supplies and amenities ample, and the view from the large front porch was wonderful. It accommodated our large group without any of us feeling cramped. The location in Greer is perfect, and we enjoyed both eating out and utilizing the well-equipped kitchen.

I just returned from a two day Ladies Church Retreat spent in beautiful Greer, AZ staying at Sargent's Hacienda. The Hacienda was a perfect cabin for our group. The spacious living room/dining kitchen area gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. The large porch with ample seating was great for taking in the beautiful view. This is a comfortable cozy cabin furnished with everything we needed. We will definately come back next year!

We have stayed at the Hacienda off and on since 2003! Our families have tremendously enjoyed this particular cabin - it has a very spacious living room and dining room, however, it is also cozy! It is very well maintained and you feel right at home while being away from home. That definitely says something for this rental! When you walk in the front door, you enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoy the large front covered porch and the views. We did not have any teenagers or younger children with us this time -so we did not use the game room like we have in the past! We have also stayed at a couple other cabins that this owner has and they are just as great! The owner has always gone of out of his way to be accommodating - it is always a pleasure working with him. We would definitely recommend this particular cabin, and all the other cabins he owns, as you will not be disappointed!!! Hopefully, we will be back next year again!

The Hacienda is great cabin for anyone wanting to have plenty of private indidvual rooms and plenty of bathrooms. I stayed there this past May 2015 and was impressed on how clean it was and all of the space. No one in our party felt crampted or personal space invasion. When the snow started falling, the giant fireplace kept us nice and toasty. It was a cabin I would want to have myself and did not feel like a rental. I stayed at another cabin with the same owner in April 2014 a felt the same way about it. I would highly recommend the Hacienda cabin for your next winter or summer stay if you can get it. . .it is a wonderful rental cabin in Greer. Enjoy your next stay there

This worked really well for our group of 4 couples with ATVs. It was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (dishes, silverware, cooking utensils etc). Although we didn't use the game room it was nice to have the option. One of the couples did see elk in the backyard very early in the morning. The owner contacted us promptly when we first sent our inquiry, then followed up after our stay. We would definitely recommend and will return.
