The property is located on a quiet road near the river. Views of Greer townsite, mountains, wildlife, clear air, lovely spring water, much cooler than the desert cities! The host, Harriet, is delightful and available for any need. We've stayed in this cabin many times and will be back next year too!

Cabin isn't new & shiny, but is clean & has everything you'd need. River & 1 trailhead in easy walking distance. Owner very responsive to any concerns. A few restaurants in greer, no gas station, one convenience store, so plan ahead. Outdoor recreation, clean air, slow pace is the draw

We loved this stay in Greer. Off the beaten path, tucked into the woods, this little cabin is rustic, cozy and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty parking for a trailer. We really enjoyed ourselves and will likely be back again!

It was peaceful and relaxing, perfect little cabin with everything you need. Close to fishing lakes and little towns and Greer is such a special place full of charm.
Lots of sightings of forest creatures full of grace and beauty. And the porch swing is like the cherry on top!

Cabin is nice great location lots of wildlife has all needed necessities for a relaxing trip check in simple host excellent we stayed 4 nights saw deer and elk from front porch every evening

We loved the little cabin that we rented. Close to lots of fishing and hiking, but secluded enough to be nice and private. Everything was nice and clean and the cabin stays warm even though it was around freezing at night. My wife and I had a great weekend staying here.

We stayed 5 night's and enjoyed it very much!! Location is great and is nice and quiet! Also the host Ms.Harriet is superb and is very helpful. The shower is really not set up for a big guy like me but you are in the mountains!!! One more thing that add's to the charm of this Gem is the floor slope especially in the kitchen area, once again I say appreciate it YOU are in the incredible ARIZONA mountains!! We look forward to our next visit!! Thank you Ms.Harriet

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here. It's simple and clean, no fancy frills, and located on a quiet side road across the river from the main Greer town. Close to hiking, fishing, wildlife-watching, boating, etc. No doubt we'll make it a 4th time next year!

We travelled from Phoenix to enjoy the weather and the trails of Greer with our two dogs and this little cabin was perfect in every aspect. Remotely located, we hardly ran into anyone. The cabin had everything we needed despite looking small. The living space was just the right size for us to hang out, the king bed was comfortable, the outdoor grill was spot on, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. We will surely return to this cabin in the future!

We loved the cabin. The only thing that was bothersome was the smell of urine throughout the cabin.. Needs a good carpet & furniture & bedroom quilt cleaning to get rid of odor. Was very overpowering.

The cabin was exactly as described. It was cozy and had everything we needed. The property managers were easy to communicate with and we had no issues with our stay. I loved the location. I would stay there again.

Peaceful and quiet
The cabin was cozy and well equipped with all of the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the porch to relax and unwind while watching the hummingbirds zooming around. We saw turkey, deer, rabbits, as well as chipmunks. Already booked for next June. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Love this little cabin!
This was second time I’ve stayed in this wonderful cabin and it was every bit as nice as the first time. It has everything you need, and the location can’t be beat. I made my own hummingbird food (the feeder was already there, and the recipe is in the binder!), so when I wasn’t off hiking I relaxed on the porch and had bird entertainment. I will be back!

Cute, Cozy, and Quaint!
Our little family of 3 stayed (with our dog) here and we had a great time! It was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. The wifi is spotty - but we only needed it to entertain a 16 month old a few times! (Her attention span is short and sweet!) we loved how it was located in a more private part of Greer - the whole town of Greer is pretty private but to us, it was better than being on the main road in. Harriet/Mike were helpful, responsive and all around awesome. We would stay here again!
