The house was very clean, clutter free and located in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our family of five (each kid got their own bedroom which was a plus for them 😉). The hot tub was clean and warm…we used it every day. The house is in a good location and fairly close to the things we wanted to do….Zion, golfing, Sand Hollow and an evening downtown St George. Overall….a great stay!!! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!

I stayed here with 16 friends for a guys weekend. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. Would have liked to see a more complete inventory of what was there so we would have known what we still needed to bring. I recommend adding the following: serrated bread knife, 2 larger bowls for marinating meats, serving salads, etc., a waffle maker and and a good blender for smoothies. The location was perfect for accessing Zion National Park to the east and Tuacahn Amphitheater to the west. Easy access to Costco and Walmart. East checkin and checkout. Would definitely come here again.

We came here with my immediate family and we had a wonderful time. The home fit everyone comfortably. The pool was really fun as well. We loved the outdoor space. They had a lot of the kitchen items we needed to make meals which was great. We would definitely book here again.

The signs are confusing, saying only 10 in the place and 5 in the pool. This can be misleading when the place sleeps 22. I am sure it is for legal stuff but I wasn't expecting that.

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home is clean, spacious and wonderfully functional. We loved the enclosed backyard for the children to resort to and the large dining table to accommodate our gathering. It was just what we needed! (And the basketball game was a hit with the men)

I invited my children and grandkids to join us. The home was spacious and well equipped. The grandkids enjoyed the bunkhouse room with 6 bunk beds and a game console. The kitchen had all the appliances, cookware and utensils for group dining. The location was easy to access without too much traffic.

Yesterday's Escape
We appreciate how clean the home was. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Some of the extras in the home were nice for the kids like the basketball in the garage and the swimming pool just down the road. Sometimes we've stayed at a home that has a few of the extras in the kitchen like salt and pepper, Ziploc Bags, etc. and this house didn't have those. This was a nice, new, clean home. It had a little more of a hotel feel than a homey feel which may be fine depending on your preference.

Wonderful lace!
This property was so comfortable and spacious. Fun games helped entertain the children. Lots of towels and blankets. So many fun hiking trails and parks nearby. Just a couple things would make it even better. A desk or two for people working from home to put a computer on. The tub upstairs is very slippery. And some oil on the squeaky doors so the kids don’t wake everyone up. Just little things but it was a great place!

This was a great home just minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. There were lots of things to see and do in the area. the home had everything we needed, including nice bedding, towels, and a well stocked kitchen. This house is in a neighborhood of other vacation rentals. The walking trails are great and there is a lovely park nearby with lots of grass and a small splash pad. The house itself is clean and has everything you need to just bring your food and set up for a great stay. Cell phone reception is not great so we had to use wi-fi calling, but there is plenty of bandwidth so it worked out fine. Overall you really cannot go wrong staying here!

We rented this place to celebrate the new year with some friends and their families. We enjoyed or time with BBQ, Bball arcade shooting tournaments, Ping Pong, watching FBS Bowl games, and playing board games. The house was so beautifully decorated, we literally bought some of the decor pieces for our own home. The one bad experience was they were still washing the towels at 4:30 when we arrived to check in. We ended up dismissing the cleaner and finished the dryers loads ourselves and folded the towels.

We had 22 family members there, which is the maximum that the property will accommodate, and we found adequate places for everyone to sleep. We enjoyed walks on well-maintained trail and activities at a nearby park. Shopping centers and movie theaters are within 3 miles by car.
