We loved the condo. It was clean and well-stocked. The location was far enough out of the hustle and bustle of St George, but easy enough to get where we wanted to go. We loved it!!!

We were going to leave one of our vehicles on the street overnight but decided not to at the last minute. I'm glad we did because the next day we saw the signs that said absolutely no street parking or you will be towed. We didn't see these signs on our way in the first night because we were tired from driving all day and were busy looking for the house. It would be nice if this were mentioned in the rental agreement or guest book somewhere. That minor detail aside this was an amazingly well stocked and beautiful residence. We would definitely stay here again.

I've rented units in same neighborhood and this one is sub par, yet still charged same price. Cleanliness was mediocre.
The driveway is so steep, and garage is tiny. If you bring UTV, you have to find somewhere to park trailer. The blinds on windows are see through and units are so close that your neighbors can literally see you all the time including showering.
Lower the price. Let everyone know it's a Honda, not a Cadillac...

We had a bit of a snafu during arrival and check in with there being no power to the unit. However once we called the property managers, response was swift and a technician was there within 10 minutes to rectify the situation and get us set up. The situation was not the fault of the property managers, but they fixed it right away and everything else about the unit and our stay was great.

We’ve stayed at several units in Coral Ridge and this is one I would not stay in again. We only had 6 people staying (4 of those kids) and found the rental to be cramped. The seating in the family room/tv area was small and so uncomfortable. There were only 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. And the bunk beds in the room upstairs were way to big for the bedroom. There wasn’t room for anything else besides the beds! There was no tv in the master bedroom and the WiFi was horrible, therefore making the tv signal bad as well. Overall, I would choose a different unit in Coral Ridge next tine. This was over priced for what it offered compared to comparable units in the same development.

Great location
Zion’s Den was perfectly located for our trip. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The bed in the master suite was comfortable and so were the couches. The only problem we had was with the keyless entry. It didn’t work correctly. The property manager came out and changed the batteries, but that didn’t solve it. Luckily, we’re able to just go in and out through the garage.

We stayed in the Zion's Den from Oct 17-20, 2018. This was our second time using Red Rock Vacation Rentals and we couldn't have been happier. Their communication is second to none and their app on my cell phone had every detail I needed. The unit was beautifully furnished with all the essentials we needed. One note is that none of the bedrooms have TV's. This wasn't a issue for us but it could be for someone else. I would definitely use this property again.
