Lovely traditional Greek studio apartments in a great location. Nice comfy bed. Effective air con, and reasonable wifi. Really friendly hosts. The apartments are a 5 min walk from the charming village centre of Agios Nikitas and the local beach, and opposite the bus stop that goes to Lefkada town and two other gorgeous beaches (Kathisma and Pefkoulia).

The shower could have been better! (It was a bit dribbly and didn’t attach to the wall properly). This is being picky though - everything else was great.

The location was great! The room had a balcony and the staff were very welcoming!

Could definitely recommend the Iris Studios without hesitation . The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The shower is super efficient with warm water even into night. Cold fridge, effective air conditioning and balcony overlooking the beautiful coast. Christophe, George and Maria couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Super friendly Hosts. Located close to the village down a gorgeous walkway. Bus stop to lefkada town and Kathisma located practically outside. This is the perfect bolt hole to visit Agios Nikitas- so peaceful and tranquil, sun on the balcony till 2000. You just wouldn’t know that you were so close to the town as it was so quiet. Fabulous place to observe the swifts and house martins and their fabulous ariel display each morning & evening. The bar with its icy cold mythos was a real treat, after a walk back from the beach. Perfect in every way

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable clean room! Nice little balcony! Easy walk to Taverna's, shops and the beach!

The room was a little smaller than expected!

The location is nice, towels and sheets are changed every 2 days, they do their best to keep all as clean as possible. There's a small terrace with a nice view. Beds are comfortable. The owners are very kind and attentive.

Wi-fi isn't working well in the rooms.

The location was very good, approachable by bus. The walk to the nearest beach is about 5 minutes, but it is also close to some other beaches like Katishma, Petra, etc. It was good value for the money. What I liked the most was the hoasts. I think I haven’t met as nice people as they were and very quick to do anything you asked them to. If I am ever to return to Agios Nikitas, I will be sure to come to Iris studios. Thank you for everything!

awesome location right near the beach, super clean and cute room with ocean view! hosts were lovely and welcoming and very helpful ❤️ fresh sheets and towels everyday as well which we weren’t expecting. thank you iris studios - we will be back!

The location is nice, a few minite walk to the beach, the room was clean and the host was the nicest ever, helped us whenever we needed anything and made the best frappe on the island by far 😀

Christopher and George were lovely. Very helpful and so kind. There was a bottle of wine and water and orange juice in the fridge. So thoughtful. Communication was excellent before we arrived to arrange check in. This is a great location and lovely apartment with a great view. We loved it! Thanks to you all t Iris! :0)

Great location with nice sea view, very friendly and helpful owner and other staff, super clean (cleaning every day) and there was everything we nedeed in the studio for a lovely stay.

I liked that it was in Ag. Nikitas which is a nice village with a beautiful small beach.

The room door didn't close easily, I had to press 2-3 times before locking the door to be sure that it would not open. Also the bathroom window had the same issue, so I had to call room service to close the window. After that I could never open the bathroom window again. When I told that to the owner he said that this happens for a while, as It is a known issue, which isn't taken care off. The doors and windows need to be repaired not just giving advice how to close it.

Studios near to the road and fast way to agios nikitas beach. The guys are excellent clean the rooms and that is fine. But we told them that the mattress are not ok they offer to us new room and the bad was exactly same...

The mattress of the bed is horrible you cannot sleep most important thing on your vacation because on lefkada most of the time you are out.

Superb host and the excellent location in Agios Nikitas. If you want to explore the western coast of the island you shouldn't hesitate to book the Iris studios. Thank you for the great stay!

We were there in September so we had no issue with parking on the street, it can be a different story in the high season. However, it's clearly stated the accommodation has no private parking thus some people complaining about this fact really made me laugh aloud. :)

Beds could be more comfortable.

The hosts were extremely easygoing and friendly. The room was just like on the pictures. Bed was comfortable. We had mountain & sea view from the balcony. Breakfast was amazing! The hotel has a bar with great selection & prices.

The AC was slightly loud for me, but this was an easy fix with earplugs while sleeping.

Very good location, nice view to the sea and to Agios Nikitas, close to everything. Christopher was superkind, the room was clean, the air conditioner was cool.

I'm pretty sure that we got the best apartment on the first floor, with view towards the see and the small mountain of Agios Nikitas. The apartment was quite simple but has every necessity, included air conditioner, that was a great help in the nights. We could get our breakfast in the balcony, while hearing the cicadas and roosters, couldn't imagine any better.

In Agios Nikitas you can only park in the main road, but we could always find a parking place near to the apartment, so it wasn't annoying.
