My adult children and myself had an amazing time! The house was all that we had hoped for with incredible views, fantastic pool, and beautiful rooms. Wil(the local manager) was especially helpful and arranged tours and even meals for us!

Our family had an incredible stay at the Casa Sea Breeze. The house is more than we had hoped for. There was so much wildlife all around us, that we prefered to adventure in the morning and hang at the house by the pool to take in the view and watch all the wildlife that came right too us! Scarlet Macaws , Capicians, tucans, Cotis... So many! The road is a harrowing drive but not bad with a 4WD car. Our only issue was a power outage during a big storm. It didnt bother us mutch but it would be helpful if there were candles or more flashlights and lanterns on hand for the next guests. The working outdoor grill saved our dinner during the power outage though! Our whole family loved every minute of our stay and would love to come back again! Thanks to Wil for his tastey dinner and Suzanne for the local recomendations

The views from this house are incredible. The staff is amazing. The house manager made breakfast and dinner for us several nights. There is a lot of wildlife around and you are completely secluded. Be prepared for the mountain drive of your life but it is worth it and you will get used to it. It becomes second nature after the first day, but it is night for the light hearted. It's a great house, the pool was always the perfect temperature and the stars at night are amazing. When you turn off all the lights, you can see the Mily Way. This is a great property and you will not be disappointed ever.

This home was lovely and very comfortable to stay in. Wil was extremely helpful in giving us information and coordinating our excursions. Our indecisiveness was met with patience and kindness. We had some minor issues that were fixed very quickly. We loved every minute at this beautiful home.

Seabreeze - The location, the home and services we rendered were truly an experience of the senses! Breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains and surrounding jungle. Fragrant lush landscape surround house and property. Daily sights and sounds of Toucans, parrots, monkeys, macaws, lizards and butterflies. Although we ventured to the beautiful beaches and national parks, we enjoyed most our "Sundowner" time in the pool with a glass of wine as the wonderfully talented chefs prepared a delicious dinner - Truly a gift! A review of this home would not be complete without a mention of "the road". It was indeed steep and windy, requiring a sturdy 4 x 4 - but worth the trek up! Our family went to Costa Rica to celebrate birthdays, we left celebrating an awakining of our senses :) Pura Vida!

Beautiful location with plenty of "visitors" to the house. Toucans, white-faced monkeys, lots of geckos and an impressive amount of other birds and wildlife are awaiting you at Casa Sea Breeze. The 4.2km road to the house requires a 4WD vehicle and is very steep and rutted in many locations. Particularly the last 1km or so.

We stayed at the property with 3 families of four. The villa is beautiful ! Each sleeping area was excellent. The pool and the view are unbelievable and there are a lot of animals in the area (monkeys, toucans, iguanas, etc) which the whole family appreciated. One thing to note is that you absolutely need a 4x4 to access the property ! Don’t make the mistake of accidentally renting an SUV without a 4x4 like we did :)

We all had different desires, since we ranged in age from 82 to 10 years. The oldest and the youngest wanted to have adventures and do everything; the ones in the middle wanted to chill. So we had a little of both. We all enjoyed the beautiful landscape and pool area. We were visited by a large group of monkeys three or four times. And shared the pool area with all kinds of birds. lizards, and butterflies. Great pictures. We did something every day, which meant we drove the road every day. I even walked it one day. It is tough! but we got use to it. It all was good.

The property, the house, and the view were amazing. The property mgmt was available for anything and everything we needed and were able to assist us with anything that came up. The property was very well maintained and very clean. It was the perfect spot for our group of friends. It was a nice central location between plenty of activities in the area. The only inconvenience was the condition of the road on the way to the house from the main road. Mainly dirt/gravel and during the rain season it was very muddy and difficult/dangerous to navigate. The listing did not originally state that 4 wheel drive was required and our rental did not have 4 wheel drive. This unnecessary and useless rental wasted us about $500 because we weren’t properly informed. Outside of our transportation issue, I would still love to stay here again.

8 adult family members rented this property for a week. The pictures and the descriptions were accurate. The wildlife came to us which we really enjoyed. We hired our cooking done 4 days and it was all wonderful. The pool was wonderful. You definitely need 4 wheel drive.

Casa Seabreeze was a tropical fantasy come true. My family group of 12 was super comfortable and never once felt cramped. The villa itself is gorgeous and very spacious. We had daily visits from a group of curious white faced monkeys and yellow throated toucans. We saw deer several times during our stay. Wil, the property manager was super attentive and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed from delicious food prepared by his staff to wonderful excursions. The white water rafting and the ATV tour in particular were highlights. I have only superlatives to say about the Villa and Wil. Highly recommended!

From the moment that we set foot on this amazing property, we were awestruck! We were privileged to have the opportunity to stay in a VRBO of this caliber. With plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, the amazing pool overlooking the forest and ocean and the well appointed rooms, this is the place you want to stay in Costa Rica. Abundant wildlife and amazing and well maintained grounds only further add to the beauty of this one of a kind home. To top it all off, the property manager, Will, (and his crew) whose services we engaged on a multitude of fronts, (excursion planning, meal prep and just general information), made our vacation the absolute best experience we have ever had. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking to immerse themselves in luxury and beauty. One of a kind!!

High recommend in a wonderful place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. House was as advertised. Spacious, beautiful, and a great place to kick back after a long day of hiking, ziplining, whale watching or searching for the elusive tree sloth. Suzanne, the owner, was most accomodating. And yes -- 4 wheel drive a must.

We just got back from a week at Casa Seabreeze and are already planning a return trip. The house was amazing. It looked just like in the photographs and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Our flight was several hours delayed so we did not arrive until well after dark and were, umm, really nervous making the drive up the hill in the dark and in the rain the first time up, but Monkey (Luis) met us at the bottom and led the way up to the house. You definitely need 4WD (and a higher clearance would have been much better than the Rav4 we ended up with), but after seeing it the next day in the daylight it was much easier and the views were beautiful. Monkey showed us around and his wife Maria made two excellent meals for us during our stay. The property manager, Wil, was in contact with us but before and throughout our trip. He helped us arrange meals as well as an ATV tour through the rainforest. We loved hanging out in the town of Dominical, and the surrounding communities each had their own flavor. After long days of adventuring, it was perfect to head back to Casa Seabreeze for a relaxing night lounging by the pool. We also loved seeing all of the monkeys, lizards, birds and other wild animals who stopped by to visit during our stay. It was our first trip to Costa Rica and I would definitively recommend the country, Dominical, and Casa Seabreeze to everyone!

One of the best villas in the area. Well built and well-maintained. Feels secluded and is, in fact, very private as it is on the end of the road. Excellent infinity pool with a panoramic view of an ocean coast. High-quality interior furniture. The road to the property is a bit rough; the use of a 4x4 vehicle is nearly mandatory. Birdlife around the house is active with some toucans and trogons, and white-faced capuchins check the property every two-three days. Highly recommend.

Spent a week at this place with my friends for spring break and we loved it. Great location with plenty to do. House was perfect for thirteen of us as there is an abundance of space! Totally recommend to any and all!

Our group came down for a wedding and wanted to stay and enjoy Costa Rica after and found this house and we were not disappointed. The house was absolutely beautiful and the pool and view were amazing. Suzanne, the property manger, was super easy to work with and was very prompt when communicating. Wil and his staff (specifically "Monkey") were very helpful when showing us how to get to the house, grocery stores, places to see and even getting a meal prepared for us. We loved all the animals we got to see there and had quite a few visits from monkeys! We would most definitely stay again. Oh, and those who are wondering, you will absolutely need 4.x4 wheel drive to get to the house. Glad we didn't change that.

All of the other reviews are on point. This property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay there. Wil took us on a waterfall tour, made us dinner, and even helped us when we got a flat tire on our last day. He was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed while we were there. The birds and monkeys are part of what makes this property so special - they are all around and you don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. You could float in the pool all day and enjoy the view of the ocean and the wildlife around you. The outdoor living space is fabulous for lunches and dinners at home! Dominical was our favorite town we visited and we ended up loving the food, shopping, and beaches there. We would HIGHLY recommend renting this property for a few couples or an entire family - you will not regret it!!!

Just as every other review has said, this place is amazing!!! Hope to come back one day. Didn't want to leave.

Costa Rica, Dominical, Casa Sea Breeze, and Wil Mendez did not disappoint. First of all, we did our homework, so had an idea of what to expect. We knew the drive from the airport would be long, but we considered it an adventure! The views of the Pacific along the way piqued our excitement for the upcoming adventure. We stopped in Quepos for dinner, then met Wil, the host, who led us to the property. First of all, you WILL need a 4-wheel drive. Secondly, you WILL need someone to direct you. The home was perfect! We loved the separate sleeping spaces and the common areas. The privacy. The birds! (parrots, toucans, parakeets). Capuchins. We used the pool every single day. Even if it was just to float around and stare at the view! The view was mesmerizing. We even considered the 13 minute off-road drive to the house an adventure! The people of Dominical are kind, warm, and welcoming. Dominical is delightful! We spent a lot of time and money at Fuego Brewing Company and also enjoyed Phat Noodle and Tijuana Flats. There is a grocery store there, but it is pretty costly. (You can buy groceries in Quepos, but it is about 45 minutes away.) We found it more reasonable and enjoyable to just eat at a local restaurant. We had one meal prepared at the house by Wil Mendez and his team. It was delicious! And there was enough left over for a second meal. Dominical has a beach - it is rather rocky, so no body-surfing there. Use caution when dealing with the local vendors there. We drove south to walk onto the Whale's Tail at low tide. If you choose to swim there, watch for crocodiles. Again, ate at a local restaurant after exploring. I love that the restaurants are all open air. We chose to do the Waterfall tour, with Wil. He is very professional and personable. He watches each person to evaluate their ability and make suggestions to ensure optimal safety. Even our 3 year-old grandson jumped (with his dad) from about 20 feet into the water. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed another incredible traditional Costa Rican dinner. On Thursday, we drove to Quepos for covid testing prior to return home. It was quick and easy. (results emailed a few hours later) Afterward we rewarded ourselves with an amazing brunch at Cafe Milagro. We then explored the beaches of Quepos. The national forest in Quepos closes at 2pm. We missed it. There is much more to do in Quepos, so it is worth a day. I only wish we had booked the house for 2 weeks. sigh. Until next time, Domincal!

Beautiful house and grounds, everything we expected, very clean, plenty of kitchen/cooking supplies, great outdoor kitchen, pool amazing and kept very clean, highly recommend.

This place is legit! As nice as any house we have ever stayed at. The view, the pool, the bedrooms, ect. It all lives up to the billing. The outdoor kitchen was the nicest of any rental ever and we used it every night. Internet as good as at home. As many have mentioned, the drive up takes a little getting used to, but the end result of the house is soooo worth it. And Bob, the owner. He was there to get us when the monkeys came, to guide us up the hill when we arrived late the first night, to answer any other question. His house is on the property but out of sight. 2 or 3 of his dogs(13 of them) would come and visit. They are so sweet and well behaved. We were in CR when all the Coronavirus restrictions went into effect. We had to cut out trip short by 4 days to get on a flight out of the country and Bob worked with us on our lost days as well. Best owner/renter experience I have ever had. We will be back!

My family stayed a week at Sea Breeze Casa and hated to leave! It was such a beautiful location, with the ocean view, the hills and valleys, and the trees that attracted so many beautiful birds (toucans galore!), as well as monkeys! The home itself was so lovely and very comfortable to relax in at the end of a day of adventuring...or all day! The infinity pool was stunning and so refreshing in the tropical heat and humidity. Bob was a fantastic host, providing privacy but available for our every request. In addition to monkeys and toucans, we saw flocks of wild parrots and a coati, who was quite at home at Bob's house, and several very friendly dogs! We also took advantage of the private chef service that Bob recommended to celebrate a birthday. The food was amazing, and chef Jonathan was a pleasure. I would highly recommend a stay at Sea Breeze Casa, and wish I could be back there now! A vacation I will always treasure!

It's hard to write something about Casa Seabreeze that hasn't already been written. And it's hard to capture with words just how special this home is. It is a beautiful property with stunning views every way you look. Wildlife comes to visit daily. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need, and the pool is a fantastic place to start and finish your day. Bob is a gracious host who was always available to provide a recommendation or answer any of our questions about the area. Casa Seabreeze was the perfect place for our family of four to call our home away from home during our Costa Rican spring break adventure. The only unfortunate thing about Seabreeze is that we did indeed have to leave it, but it didn't take us long to start talking about when we could return. Seabreeze really is magic.
